Getting fit and helping my body completely transformed my life. Even some of my mental diseases went away. I wish I could show ppl how to do this because it made my whole life better..

I can still put forth enough effort to match you, but it will cause much more damage to my body than you. Please remember this. I wish someone has told me this... So I'm paying it forward.
