Quite a nice prop,.I've not had a PPSH yet. Every time I watch one of your videos I get a notification for 10 more of your other videos. I'll never have time to read that book at this rate!
Cheers 'old spec ' ah yes the archive videos are all up now so I will be back to one or two a week. Sorry to interrupt the reading time 🤣🤣🤣🤣, cheers m8 all the best
Nice job on the aging...looks pretty good! I didn't realize deactivated rifles cost that much over there...that's like twice the cost of the real thing here.
Hi Stan. Great review and info mate. I agree with what you say about the price of deacts too and it is why I stopped buying them. As for the VCR act, I am definitely not a fan of it lol. Take care.
That is a very realistic looking replica! They’re not as popular over in Canada but with deacs costing so much, it’s probably better to get one of these. Great review!
Yeh cheers its a good one and one of the better denix replicas in my opinion. Would coat double as a deac here in the UK. Some deacs are worth it at the right price others are for people with lots of cash....a denix fits the bill for display and is good enough for my purposes....thanks as always, cheers 👍
Yeh cheers Steve m8....its odd how different Western countries laws are regarding these things...I personally think that a collectors licence would be an appropriate avenue to go down , over 18yrs only, no criminal record etc....but here in the UK it's a defence you need which seems over complicated, a licence would be more straightforward, in my opion, all the best Steve 🙂
Cheers Alex yeh I've got a few denix repros , the ppsh41 is the best in my collection, use the rear sling bracket but at the front just loop it through the cooling jacket...never break 🙂🙂🙂
Hello and thanks for the comment. Here in the UK there is no orange plug fitted do it came as it is. We have strict laws here in the uk that differ from other countries. But replicas , deacs and replica air guns are obtainable, although in some cases a 'defence ' is required to buy the weapon.....being part of a history group etc etc....cheers 🙂🙂🙂
The denix stuff is not too bad, if you don't mind putting in a bit of work you can get them up to a good standard. Take the sten for example, if you were new to reenactment I'd say buy one of those, a genuine sling and a handful of real magazines and inert rounds. You'll pick up all that lot easily for less than 200 quid
Cheers Andrew m8, the odd thing about denix is there always seems to be something not quite right about the different models...but they are a good alternative to the ever increasing prices of deacs 🙂🙂🙂
I picked up the Denix PPsh along with their MP40 and STG44 , IMO and for my use they are perfect for my wall display. Unbelievably real looking.. But the Russians didn't invent the PPsh41, they copied it off the Finns with reverse engineering ... .. Thanks for the vid. Greetings from Alaska..
Hello and thanks for commenting, how's Alaska?...never been thar far north...been to Vancouver and that's about it. Yes the Finns had a sub machine gun called the ''souma' I think 🤔, but yeh I get what you mean. I've just aged it more and added a ww2 era sling ,think the one I have on it in thus video is 1950s...I will do an update video, cheers and thanks m8, all the best, btw I've subbed your channel 🙂🙂
@@steelhelmetstan7305 Just Poor production I suspect, I can tell you the Thompson takes a stick mag better but I've never had a call for a PPSH in the collection so I don't know if that's the case here.

@@steelhelmetstan7305 It's alright, I was only looking at the pictures!
Thanks for this presentation! I've always wondered how accurate the Denix replicas are.
I think this one is worth it , other models maybe not. I have the mp44/stg 44 by denix....its not as good in my opion, cheers, all the best 👍👍
the button still not working Stan 🤣 nice looking Denix PPSH41 the sling finishes it off nicely
Thanks Chris...I wonder what the point of the button is?...yeh the denix is a nice bit of kit 🙂
Nice job on the aging...looks pretty good! I didn't realize deactivated rifles cost that much over there...that's like twice the cost of the real thing here.
Yeh it used to be ok but prices have gone nuts unfortunately 🙂

Cheers Will , yeh I reckon the prices of deacs has gone a bit to high...to high for me 🙂
Great info on the PPSH41 Stan, the ageing looks good to me.
Cheers, yeh I didn't want to go to far

I love denix replicas! I don't trust the sling swivels on them. I want the PPSh-41 next

Nice job on the video… How do you get the orange plug, out of the barrel..?

The real ones also had wobbly mags ;)
Ah ok didn't know that m8 thanks very much..top marks to denix for originality 🙂

@@steelhelmetstan7305 Hey thanks! You have a great weekend over there, mate!!
Anything Denix with a drum mag is always dodgy, I've got a similar problem with my Denix Thompson.
Thanks, I wonder why they do that ?....,make it fit 🤔🤔
