It is good that you seek even spiritual help at this age. I know it might be a tough journey because I’ve been there too. But remember one thing: we have the divinity of Bhagwan Shiva within us that Bhagwan has bestowed upon us and daily hurdles and challenges might make us forget to pray, but never stop believing in Bhagwan, so that you will never stop believing in the divine part of yourself. You are going a good way by looking for help on all levels. Most grown ups don’t even do it. So keep going! Stay strong.

But remember one thing: we have the divinity of Bhagwan Shiva within us that Bhagwan has bestowed upon us and daily hurdles and challenges might make us forget to pray, but never stop believing in Bhagwan, so that you will never stop believing in the divine part of yourself. You are going a good way by looking for help on all levels. Most grown ups don’t even do it. So keep going! Stay strong.
Also talking to someone about the things you have on your mind can also help relieve tension.
