Yea it's not constant. What you need to look for is a sharp adjustment, relatively to what the ratio is across that time frame. Sometimes the change happens after the candle already has done its thing in that 5 mins. This is another tool to look at and is sometimes right.

What does open interest mean, in comparison to the actual Longs and shorts?
