There's so many things I love about this song and this video. Having friends that you can call upon when you need them, the feeling of freedom when you're off work, the adventure of travelling and meeting new people, the sexy mood in the beat, and of course, I love how this video represents that feeling you get when you have to get back to your work routine.
Many of us had that moment in life, usually in our early 20's. A kind of high where everything was possible and life was easy. For me it was 22-26, right about when this song came out. Worked hard, played hard. Glorious years!

@Klemheist If life doesn't get better with time (barring accidents, sickness etc.) you are doing it wrong. I'm 41 and getting happier with each year passing. Being twenty-something was fun, but it runs its course and you move on to other things.

I'm a 18 year-old guy with non-specified anxiety diagnosed. In all the years of life i have, i could never travel around the world, only a few times around my city. The anxiety consumed my possibilities of socializing with people, and also of being able to go out many times to see places. Today I'm on treatment. Some nights, I put this song and i imagine myself traveling the world, going to the beach, with friends, like the girls of this video, without anxiety and nervouness, only peace and happinness, enjoying... I know nobody asked me, but I'm sorry, I had to say it :)

Tem umas músicas (e clipes) que a gente não consegue explicar. A gente sente e pronto. É o que me ocorre com essa música/clipe: ouvir ela falar "whenever I'm down..." e ver que cada momento no trabalho é um retorno a lembranças, me emociona. Vou com ela na viagem da música! E como o clipe me faz pensar: bons tempos não voltam mais. E é justamente porque algumas pessoas estavam neles, e também cresceram ou se foram, que esse retorno é impossível.

This is how Im feeling right now. I was just thinking about my memories from my exchange to London. Seriously, it was the most happy, wonderful time in my life. Now I'm back in my home country and my life has fallen back into the same crappy spiral. I do the same boring things, even worse so then before and miss the friends, freedom and life in general I had back there... Sigh.. .I just don't know what to do to change things..
