I'm not much into hard rock, but there is something special about Amy Lee. This cover is simply incredible. It is beautifully haunting, beautifully sung, and like almost all of her songs, it has so much soul. When I listen to Amy I am reminded that there is a basic sadness to life that we all feel in a very personal way and she has found a way to give voice to that dark soul without which the light of our soul would never shine so bright. A song like this is a gift. Thank you Amy, from the heart.

Amy's true gift singing her own harmonies and background vocals. She gets 4 things going at once. I believe she said she woke with this playing in her head one day. She ran up and started doing it before what was in her head was gone. Got to be some head if all that is spinning inside it.
I'm older 57, I will never forget the first time I listened to 'bring me to life' , I was blissed to hear such a rocking song with a female lead Singer that sounded like an angel. This is one of the best efforts by Amy Lee in her solo act. It completely gives the feeling of the early demos and Origin, that magical dark aura those songs are capable to evoke. She created a brand new song over the U2 basis and the final result came to simply become something amazing!

There are some great singers but THEN once in a life time someone comes along and takes it to an entire different level Amy just took it 2 steps above that level. I can safely say, in my book, this is the best female voice this old guy has ever heard. If you disagree please post who is better or as good I may have not heard them sing. And if they sing anything like her I want to hear them. But as of now this will always be to me what an angel sings like.

A lot of dm here 🙏
Amy....you simply ROCK... I love what you did with the song. On my down time, I watch people’s reactions to your videos. They either cry or literally jump out of their shoes....by your angelic voice, your beauty, lyrics and music...can’t forget your gorgeous eyes. I’m moved as well...keep them coming
Love and light to you

That haunting feeling 😍😍 only by Amy Lee
Not many singers can make me listen to a U2 song but You did. So much better than the original that I only listened to once.
This is amazing! I hope she releases an album with this kind of sound!
Brilliant cover of a classic done in a style that really shows off her astonishing vocal range. A voice of pure liquid gold that I'll never tire of listening to... 💯
Omg! First time I've heard this version. It's one of my favourite songs. Thank you amy lee.
Amy Lee!! OMG, you are amazing!
Yeah, her voice makes me break down and cry. So wonderful.
WOW! I am speechless. This is just awesome. Amy Lee never disappoints us. Such a beautiful voice.
Still a goddess after all this time.
She has such an incredible talent.
