Swamiji why inhaling seems to need effort but exhaling is effortless

We inhale when diaphragm contracts. So it's a active process. That's why it seems to need effort. But during exhalation relaxation of diaphragm is a passive process so it is effortless 😊

With due respect did Ramakrishna need to meet some one from Kashmir to know about Kashmir Shaivism. Is Ramakrishna not the same as Paramshiv Brahm.

The question is why the title of this video is about Kashmiri shaivism. Isn’t shaivism a unique thing? Or shaivism is an ethnic thing? The purpose of this discussion about Kashmiri shaivism is to get a large number of TH-cam hits, and be more competitive in the TH-cam market. Now spiritual guru business is flying high in the social media market. It’s really sad that now Ramkrishna mission sadhus are falling into the trap of illusive social media. Social media is not the right path to spread spiritual message, instead it’s a reflection of greed. I will give an easy example, Amritanandamoi Amma doesn’t publish series of videos on social media. Spiritual message is done through personal touch, compassion and love; not by lecturing from Upanishad , rather through self realization. Is he a self realized sadhu.

Kashmir shaivism is very different in the sense that shiva sutras were written by rishis or gurus meditating in Kashmir. I am a shaivite and I am still trying to grasp the knowledge. About social media, if the videos were not there I would have never discovered advaita Vedanta and swami sarvpriyananda. So it's not always bad. It made things easily accessible.
If videos are available, an individual has freedom to choose what suits him best according to his taste/temperament regardless of poor/rich/caste/religion. If one visits any ashram, people will ask for donation, waiting in long queues, travelling expense, accomodation, etc. So nothing harm in videos by spiritual "masters". This is digital Era. 😂
This is just rhetoric there is no actual logic or reason being used here
