Am 58 retiring next year but the thought of retirement gives me weakness. My apologies to everyone who have retired and filing social security during this time after putting in all those years of work just to lose everything to a problem you never imagined to happen. It’s so difficult for people who are retired and have no savings or loved ones to fall back on.

It's because most people in the west do not really known about Thailand. I have a lot of foreigners friend and most of them I have to say 90% of them thought that Thai people still have to ride an elephant as the transportation and Thailand only has a beautiful nature and beaches and the rest of them do not even know what is Thailand!! Lol

Thailand Health care was ranked 6th best in the world by the US magazine CEOWORLD in 2019 and gaining worldwide recognition for the quality of its healthcare services.
And the best hospital here is Bamrungrad Hospiral which was in the list of the 10 best hospital in the world.

Great job as always. It is great to be back in Thailand with a view from my condo of Koh Samui. Considering doing the boat tour of the islands if time allows (not sure if it will, as family time with my wife's family is taking precedence). We looked at a piece of land just off the beach yesterday for sale. I was surprised at just how expensive it was (7.5 mil baht). Anyway, loved the video. Hope to see you around Bangkok when we return next week before flying out.
The Russians put the price tag in koh samui and phuket it's ridiculous. Those people never smile. A lots of my thais got enough of Russians!!!! My family live in koh samui can't even get a land there because of the Russians omg this is Thailand let put thai people first. Sick of the Russians!!!

His party earns 151/500, not majority, not half and definitely “NOT MOST”. He has to rely on coalition of 8 parties and support from senators (who were selected according to national referendum constitution, not by military). And all parties knew these election’s rules prior to the election. He had to win 375/750 (representatives + senators)to able to form government but gained only 312. His party might earn the highest number but did not win. Winning is to score more than half. You’d better sticked to your Thai tourism. Want to report? Get real information. I actually live very close to that restaurant in Ca that was sued and my wife knows the owner. We actually had dinner right next door last week. The owneractually used to be a teenage pop star in Thailand with his sister and now owns 3 Thai restaurants here in Ca. Their business has boomed since the lawsuit was filed. Everyone who loves spicy food has made a beeline straight for it and there are lines to get in. The restaurant is in a very upscale area with lots of rich tech folks so the prices are already high... now they get to charge more. Turns out that he lady has filed frivolous suits before so she likes to try and scam for settlements.

The extra parliament vote is similar to the electoral college in the US, it keeps the popular vote from electing someone bad for the kingdom.

First, the electoral college was created to ensure slave owners could maintain sufficient control in the newly formed republic and not have to give up their free labor. Nothing to do with electing someone "bad" for the country! lol And every member of the electoral college is ELECTED. The military dictatorship installs the parliamentary members to ensure that they maintain complete control of the levers of power. There is absolutely no will of the people. I don't think Thailand will be rated #1 so long as they have so many reporting requirements and rules that keep changing. In Mexico you get your visa and they mostly just leave you alone, why would you need to keep checking in?
