I bought the phone factory reset for a good price i knew it was too good to be true its the google password by prior owner that is messing me up i cant seem to get that part reset for some reason i prolly cant reset it knowing my luck lol

Change the cable, as it probably doesn't support data transfer. And remember to not be connected to a charging brick but another device
