Correction po, LOCK po is for Display Panel tenperature setting only, not the door itself ang maglolock, i'm from the Condura authorize service center.
Now i know po sorry for that nung first time po kasi nmin sya nagamit ang hirap buksan we need to touch the lock button and hindi rin nman iniexplain sakin regarding dyan so im just sharing my experience and thought about the fridge
yes! actually ang sabi ng mechanic sa service center ay sira daw ang inverter board so pinabili ako kasi d na daw covered ng warranty bali 7k plus yun, tapos d naman pala yun ang sira ang compressor daw so ayun ng reklamo kmi sa condura ayun pinalitan nila ng bago ang ref ko, kaso nga lng d ko na na refund yung 7k.
@@jenidea1678 actually na check ko na. Simula kahapon po up to now walang lamig. For checking and replacement na po since 2 sunod na araw na kami napanisan ng food.
Hi po sorry for late response , try nyo maam itawag sa customer service ng condura pretty sure alam po ng mga technical staff nila kung ano po sira . Yung samin po kasi wala pa kong problema almost 1 year na din po nmin sya gamit
Yung lock po na yan maam sa pagkaka alam ko hindi po yan lock door..lock po yan pra sa screen pra hindi mababago yung setting nyo if incase po aksidente mapindot..

Yung lock po nian pang temperature lang po incase na mapindot pra hindi po magbago ung settings ng temp.. Hindi po sya door lock. Need lng tlga ng extra effort s pagbukas. 😅
