You dont need a ”balanced turntable”. Since all MC-catridges per definition is balanced the only thing you need is a phono preamp that is balanced or a preamp with balanced phono-input.

Sort of. You certainly get the best out of it with a cable the is balanced and a phono pre-amp that uses a balanced circuit to reject noise
