Good Afternoon everyone! Neo Boon Hao here! Blks 120/126/127/128 AMK (one door) Fujitec (Lift B) has finally shut down around September 2023 for Lift Replacement Programme to replace into brand new 2024 Shanghai Fujitec (Lift B) under SLRP to serve all floors (1 to 11)!
I’ve filmed all the old Fujitec elevators from all of its places before replacement, I’ve filmed Block 120 twice and then filming the other blocks there, I would wish to film the old Fujitec (refurbished by EM) at Block 314 AMK later if i got time.
Well bad news for 712 AMK. Lift B under replacement for now, Lift A might be not be around for long. You guys need to film this hidden gem ASAP. Otherwise you will miss your chance to experience a 70's Fujitec.
Recently just visited, Blk 120 lift refused to level at 1st floor on it's way down from 10th floor so I got almost stuck so I had to pressed 6 instead to go back up and step out of the lift. But the door still managed to open when coming down from 6 and not 10.
There are 79 lift to be replaced by fujitec in the whole amk grc. 75 of them has been confirmed it include 1990s and 1993s fujitec and express lift. The last 4 unknown to be replaced could be these 1970s fujitec
I want Hitachi HDB Lift to replace these lifts at Block 128 Ang Mo Kio, most of the block except Block 127 Ang Mo Kio, to preserve only 2 Lifts which are Block 126 and 127 Ang Mo Kio
I wished you filmed the goldstar at Blk 715 though, because that one is quite rare as well. At least you bothered to cross the road to go to AMK town centre to film that very rare 1979 Fujitec
Usually 1990s Goldstars or Lucky Goldstars I can't really be bothered. They're usually crappy, gloomy and honestly I'd rather the TC replace them first.
@@elevatorfilmersg another reason why i can't really be bothered is because many others have filmed it before and their videos are way better than my shitty one
@@elevatorfilmersg nah lazy... i already spent so much effort on this video only to get 2 dislikes within a few hours, i really can't be bothered anymore
Should be, the most original 1970s hdb lift left. Because Blk 120, 126-128 amk Fujitec are from 1978 but got a much heavier upgrade than Blk 712 amk. Blk 712 amk is the only hdb lift left to still have incandescent light bulb indicators still in use.
Look at 24:25 you cannot find that sight anywhere else in Singapore. I find it pretty satisfying to see the light bulb for the call button slowly decrease in brightness as it turns off. The 4th floor is the only floor to have a single call button without a colour filter so you can see the bright orange-yellow light turning off when the lift arrives. Regular hdb Fujitec residential lifts from the 1970s didn’t have the red and green colour filters for the call buttons.
It's so scary the creaky sound in the lifts! Ang more kio estates really look so unfamiliar and strange! I suggest the local authorities better do something about it, or else people will get lost, luckily, my long-distance cousin from Philippines is studying in the ITE but I'm still not sure about the place!
For the EM lift at Blk 314, quite a number of places have a similar model still in place For the IUP refurbished/modernised 1970s-mid 80s Fujitecs type (found in Blk 12X AMK which are from 1978), these are the locations. 534 and 535 Bedok north, 1980 Fujitec (mod by EM services) 241 Hougang, 1984 Fujitec (mod by Fujitec) For Blk 712’s lift, there are no other similar lifts in hdb flats anymore, as all have been upgraded to a larger extent

around late Sep-Oct 2023**
Film those new Shanghai lifts please
I filmed lift at block 128 ang mo kio avenue 3 only
14:36 The Indicator Glitched.
19:10 some updates on this lift:
- buzzer got worn out
- Aircon/fan got fixed
- indicator shows arrows now

About block 126 elevators, they use the same shaft right?
yes
Blk 712 Old A elevator has been finally gone :(
Yep, I received the info a few days ago
Good to hear it's preserved :)

shawnTL oh I see. The fixtures inside the lift are quite rare in Singapore now though

shawnTL Lol it would be good just to film it as well since all those people didn’t film them in a “all in one video lift tour” style

0:56 the lights are spooky..
I thought the EM lift A at blk 314 look like GEC Express lol! 😂😂😂
used to think that too. That's actually because this EM elevator uses the same door mechanism as 1990s GEC Express elevators.
The EM is in a very poor condition... Wonder if the door mechanism will get changed out soon
They probably never even bothered to maintain the EM
@@poteyatocheapp6978 no surprise... Bishan-AMK town council has like one of the worst lift maintenance in Singapore
@@LiftyGamez True, actually lift maintenance for PAP areas suck and those under Workers Party seem to be better maintained though not perfect
