This is so cute! I am planning to make an Easter wreath too this year! When I get it made I'll let you know. It will be toy inspired! Great video once again! : )
I love it but I think the grass takes away the beauty of it, and maybe adding some plain ribbon around the wreath would looks nice as well, TFS, will definately try this
Really cute! So just poking the grass in throughout is enough to keep it attached? Seems like it would fall out with nothing more than just poking here and there. Do you do anything else to keep grass secure? Thanks
cathy patman Thanks Cathy! I take pictures of things I like from magazines, stores, books, internet, friends decorations, nature when ever I see something I like! Sometime I combine things I've seen to make exactly what i want, sometime it just comes to me! Usually when I see something I like I just figure out you to make it and hope it looks good lol . I've had many failures :)
Awesome! I just knew the day I found your Fantastic Channel, that we had a lot in common. I'm from Lubbock,Texas, was born in 1961. We lived in a fairly new sub-division. There wasn't that many people, so the houses weren't very close together. I remember my Mom's Beautiful Flower Beds and Rose Gardens. My parents were both still pretty young when I came along, my Dad was a Santa Fe Railroad worker and with a new house there was a lot of budgeting. My Mom would decorate our house so Beautiful for the Holidays. Gifts for Holidays, Birthdays, Weddings and Babies were Beautifully Wrapped! A lot of the color that I fell in love with had to do with Paperdolls and Catalogs, my favorites, the Christmas Catalogs. It's also wonderful, to be from a State that has thousands of Wildflowers and Flowering Trees. I Love magazines, my 2 faves are Faerie Magazine and Romantic Homes! One of my favorite addictions is Abesbooks.com. I have found all kinds of Awesome books on Seasonal Decorating and Nature/Earth Decor. Yes, there are a lot of failures in creating, because we are still creating whether or not it's perfect or imperfect We were gifted at birth, to be included in a wonderful group of people called Crafters, some of us find it as Children and some of us find it as Adults, but the good thing is that it's there! Have a Wonderful evening!
hi Leta..rite pretti!!I also make wreaths..the stringy glue left after gluing is annoying..I use a hair dryer to rid the stringy hanging glue.. hope it helps!tkz 4 the video!!have a great day!1
Baby Mack update: So many people talk about the cons of social media, including my husband! But I can honestly admit that social media has kept me somewhat sane over the last 95 days. I have been able to keep family, friends and strangers updated and received more support than I could have ever imagined. Things change daily and sometimes hourly. Today was a big dose of reality. I will never forget the moment when a doctor asked what I would want for Mackenzie, should she not be eligible for a liver transplant. Joey and I have already talked about it but right now we won't accept that as an answer. We are going to continue this fight and try our best to leave the ultimate decision in God's hands. Mackenzie Rae has beaten the odds before and we have faith that she will continue to do so. No matter how many tears I have to cry. Thank you for everything you guys have done for me and my family. We can't wait to put this past us, although we know we're nowhere near the finish line and be home celebrating with all of you. Praying for an uneventful night and a better, stronger, tomorrow
