[Ep 12 Hot Challenge: Spicy Bungeo Pang]
❤🔥 Ingredients
Bungeo pastry mix + water
(Mix the pastry powder and water according to the recipe on the product packaging.)
Pizza filling
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
200g ham
150g canned corn
70g mozzarella cheese
10g starch powder
100g tomato paste
30g Buldak sauce
30g sugar
5g fine red pepper powder
Salt
Cooking oil
🧑🍳 Recipe
1. Dice the onion and ham into corn-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
2. Heat some cooking oil in a frying pan, then stir-fry the onion, ham, garlic, and corn. Add the starch, sugar, and red pepper powder, and stir-fry everything together.
3. Add tomato paste and spicy chicken sauce to the pan, and stir-fry well. Season with salt. (If you want it spicier, add more spicy chicken sauce.)
4. Turn off the heat, add the mozzarella cheese, and mix well.
5. Let the prepared filling cool completely before use.
6. Preheat the fish-shaped pastry pan. Pour in some of the pastry batter, add the filling evenly, and cover it with more batter. Close the lid.
7. Cook on low heat for about 6 minutes, flipping the pan occasionally, until golden brown. Done!

❤🔥 재료
붕어빵 믹스 + 물
(제품 뒷면에 나와있는 레시피 대로 물과 믹스가루를 잘 섞어서 만들어둔다)
피자앙금
마늘 3알
양파 1개
햄 200g
옥수수캔 150g
피자치즈 70g
전분가루 10g
토마토페이스트 100g
불닭소스 30g
설탕 30g
고운 고추가루 5g
소금
식용유
🧑🍳 레시피
1. 양파, 햄은 옥수수알 크기로 잘라두고 마늘은 잘게 잘라둔다.
2. 후라이팬에 식용유를 두르고, 양파, 햄, 마늘, 옥수수를 볶다가 전분과 설탕, 고추가루를 넣어서 같이 볶아준다.
3. 토마토페이스트, 불닭소스를 넣고 같이 볶아주고 소금을 넣어 간을 맞춘다. (더 매운걸 원하면 불닭소스를 더 넣어서 맵게 만들어준다.)
4. 불을 끄고 피자치즈를 넣고 잘 섞어준다.
5. 만들어둔 앙금은 차갑게 식혀서 사용한다.
6. 미리 예열해둔 붕어빵팬에 만들어 둔 붕어빵 반죽을 넣고, 앙금을 골고루 넣어주고 반죽을 부어 뚜껑을 덮어준다.
7. 약불에서 6분정도 팬을 뒤집어가며 구워주면 완성!
