The last slot shouldve been either Dragonite (Legendary Stats, referd as mythical by Lance) or Arcanine (Pokedex Category Legendary, on a picture among the legendary birds in the anime).

And I'm aware that Powder Snow isn't technically part of the powder/spore moves when it comes to the way it works (I don't think that Safety Goggles prevent it), but it still has the word in its name so I'm including it as an option!

I also like how Earthquake's description is "Powerful, but useless against Flying Pokemon", as if that's the downside to it being so strong, and is only exclusive to Earthquake and no other Ground moves.
Would be cool if Ground attacks that aren't like Earthquake, Fissure, Magnitude, Bulldoze, etc. could hit Flying types (like Bonemerang, Bone Rush, Drill Run, Precipice Blades), which would make the "downside" of Earthquake more legit.
I mean we already have stuff like that. Normally Flying moves are neutral against Flying types, but Flying types are immune to Sky Drop. Could do the same here, where normally Flying types take normal (or resisted) damage from Ground moves, but attacks that only affect the ground have no effect on a Flying Pokemon.

Reasoning:
I got first in contact with Pokemon via Sticker booklet from an older son from a friend of my parents. Articuno was the most elegant pokemon in there, Zapdos was nice as well, and Mew was cool. He didn't have Mewtwo or Moltres, but I wanted to know the missing bird. I found the artwork, which was very majestic again. I was never interested in Mewtwo.
If you haven't already recorded the legendary teams for the other gens I would like to request that the following Pokemon be considered;
Gen 4; Mesprit & Azelf
Gen 5; Cobalion & Reshiram
Gen 6: Xerneas
The above Pokemon (with the exception of Mesprit) have never been included in your theme teams or been the focus of a sweep (Mesprit helped set-up a Sweep but has never been used beyond that)

My favourite gen1 legendary is Zapdos. I had a Zapdos toy figure when I was a kid and I loved to play with it, it was always my main toy (I also had meowth, articuno, moltres, pikachu, vulpix, eevee and jigglypuff, but they weren't so dear to me). I still have the same Zapdos figure but unfortunately the beak has been broken so it looks kinda funny, lol.

Side note: my favorite gen 1 legendary is probably Articuno. I just like the more majestic looking Legendaries when it comes down to it. Though that doesn't always hold true, it's a noticeable trend in my favorites across the series... I also like defensive Pokemon! So it's a double win for me... kinda... stats-wise yes, typing, not so much.

Impressed this one is USUM rather than LGPE but I like it.
Imagine Alolan Legendary Birds are non flying like Emus, with Alolan Articuno being Fire/Electric, Alolan Zapdos being Ice/Fire and Alolan Moltres being Ice/Electric.
Qotd: Articuno. I know it's not very good competitively but it's so beautiful and majestic. It was also the first legendary I caught and I even got a shiny in a trade recently.
