They always bite the farther you get from stock day the less there is is the problem. Also sometimes they find food in the lake and are pressured by fisherman and spooked . Go to small baits and maybe drop shot or something you can move slow .

I read sometimes the fish are sedated to help with the stress associated with traveling.
They definitely are but usually by the next day there good to go . sarl is closed on stock day so usually they bite good on Friday
what do they do for that? drop a handful of benadryl in the tank??
