good coverage of all the details going into a new build. clients are lucky to have a builder they trust.
Hi Josh, I would really appreciate it if you could make a video explaining the process you use from first contact through to breaking ground. Especially the design phase and the process you have for clients to choose colours/materials fixtures etc. please and thank you
Love your videos
Hey man really appreciate your time and effort you guys put in to videos and they are all pretty informative. But would it be possible for you to upload a video of summary of every TYPES of foundations used in NZ.
I am really impressed - your team, wonderful
Very, very nice! I would live like that if I still had my parents!
Will the water tanks be underground?
Maymorn. I thought this was in the Valley ... 😊
This one is down in whitemans, Margaret mahy drive, the mention of Maymorn is where Josh sais there is land coming up where similar styles of houses and living/services are available.
It is so strange seeing houses here. My parents owned that block of land since the mid 80's before selling it to the developer. I used to pig hunt all through there, and I planted the pines that were cleared.
Is this a reupload of an earlier video? I swear I've seen this before.
Video titled "2 generations one dream" uploaded 4 months ago.
Dw, I thought the same thing haha.
I keep thinking low lying terrain and cyclone Gabriel ... That location seems a bit dodgy to me ...why no one else built there ?
There are quite a few in there on the flat now, there is a separate video on this build which may have touched on those issues.
@@77chuckles Just the puddles surrounding the site is enough to make one think , and josh talks about flood prevention within the foundation , red flag ...In a heavy rain all water will come down from the surrounding hills ....lol
Helpfully commenting: first!
With so much land, garage should be separate from the main building, otherwise great job.
I think its kind of convenient
Strange comment. The garage should be exactly where the owners want it to be.

Who wants to walk to the garage in the rain?
Narrow hallways annoy me…just saying…claustrophobic feeling.Give me historical grandeur!!!
No offense, but from outside it looks like a barn or agriculture machinery garage.
I think it looks cool
So it fits its surroundings then?
That’s what I thought
Wow Very good Scenario 💯❤👍🙏 New Subscribe
