Funny thing about Massachusetts is I have 3 comparable bucks around me. I can stand on my roof and see Boston 10 miles away. Thanks for the video, great buck!
I grew up in Mass and there were very few deer around back then. Good to see quality deer are being taken back home!! That’s a stud no matter what part of the country you’re in…awesome!!!
Awesome Northeast buck!!!! Find an area, track the buck, take a shot, RELOAD QUICKLY, verify bucks DOWN for GOOD, then make calls to friends to celebrate. Awesome buck and think for sure north of 150’s!!!
@@tblaze8167 Ya it doesn’t tweak me out to much but that roar he lets out after being shot is a sure sign you need to reload quickly and be ready for a second shot. Even if he’s not getting up and running he’s down there possibly thrashing around which a quick as possible follow up would prevent. Then celebrations of any kind can commence. Hate to see that deer god forbid get up and start running away 2min after the shot once he’s regained some of his faculties as you are on the phone. Quick well placed second shot anchoring him and all the calls in the world can be made. what a beautiful master buck ! no word, it's just a freaking dream buck ! wow ! the rack it's so freaking nice ! just can't believe that ! congratulation body !👍
The way you go about it is "hunting " , No food plots , no private farms, you don't use trail cams. and best of all you don't name the deer like a pet. You have my utmost respect young man. That rack is bigger than 160 . Congrats. I always hunt big woods where few others go. keep it up , please
nice deer Izaak, congratts. my grandson got real nice 9 point during shotgun. couldn't dream of deer like this when i was a kid now they are everywhere.
Bro gets the a huge buck.. miss counts his black powder and loads 500grs lol. Great hunt! I can hear you breathing through the excitement. Well done! God bless
Component your deer , but man you Massachusetts guys love them zip lock bags for sure. Man it drives me nuts when all you hear is crunching when you’re trying to reload quickly. Ohhh well guy you got em and that’s all that matters.! Congratulations again. 👍
Mass has some incredible deer my buddy shot one this year after 3 years of chasing him post a shed find. All of this buck is 150+. I’ve been blessed myself taking a good buck in mass. As well as my friends ! Nice job.
You really done well, going to a new spot where you have never been and dragging a buck like that out, that is skill man, don't let anybody tell you that you got lucky, sure luck played a part in it but you created it by finding the track and jumping them up. congrats and thank for taking us along ...........

Spine shot. 1st deer I ever shot was shot in the back and the fucker roar/blatted like that till I walked up and cut his throat. Not ethical, but it did the trick!!! Great deer!
Nice buck! With all due respect, it was obviously a spine shot though, (22:25) that's why you heard it. You broke his back. The lungs don't set that high on a deer. Congrats on a nice buck.
That’s a great buck Izaak! I’ve seen you posting through the past few years on Facebook. You hunt way beyond your years. You’re a good hunter bud. Congratulations!
My first deer was harvested in Massachusetts. I was in the Army and stationed at Fort Devens. I lived there for 13 years and retired there from the Army. I know that Ft. Devens has been closed down but they had some great deer on the property. God bless.
Listened to your episode on hunting public. I'm a Champlain valley VT guy. Congrats on a beauty man. We bring a sled with us to drag. Might help better!! Keep slaying dude.
Great buck Izaak!! Congrats, I am friends with Connor S and we had talked about getting out for a shed hunt this spring! Glad I am subbed to the channel!
Wow! Amazing! I've been trying to kill one tracking in WI for 10 years. We have plenty of public land, but inconsistent snow during rifle season and lots of hunters, but clearly muzzleloader season is the way to go. Thanks for showing the drag out, that stuff ain't easy. I been there.
Freaking sick bro, what a great buck and glad ya took that shot. So many times it’s either that or nothing and you made it happen. Well done congrats and happy new year
@@TH-camBuckTracker did ya get a pass through or manage to recover it in the deer? Curious what the mushroom looked like. Must be potent since he didn’t go far. I just ordered a 1-24 twist .45 cal last week, likely going to use the 225’s since that’s what they recommend

Congrats man what a stud gotta agree with 2 GUYZ FISHING that's how they did it in my father's day's still hunting. And yes you hunt way beyond your years.
I went on a hunt out of state one time and the gentleman we met said the way to tell if it's a good buck is if the horns stick up above the truck bed rails. I took it with a grain of salt since the area I typically hunt has all young bucks and high pressure. Well he shot what what we would call whooper. It was well above the bed rails and there was a lot of whooping and hollering going on. This buck here is definitely a WHOOPER!
If you can travel and hunt to experience the different ways we all hunt Whitetails then do it. I have hunted SC, NC, PA, TN, Ga and ohhhh my TEXAS for 5 yrs. Everyone has a different set of rules and seasons and ways yet all are so fun. Dog drives in NC to opening rifle in PA… to brush and oak in Texas. Damn I been so lucky and blessed. Happy hunting y’all.
Congrats on a dandy of a buck! I just subbed. They only roar like that when spinal cord has been severed. Sometimes a shot just under the spine will cause this. No tracking, and quick expire. All good!
Congratulations I'd say that the rag is a mega giant, but the deer doesn't look like it weighs much more than 190 at best.Could you tell me what it weighs, please? No matter what it weighs it's a beautiful dear congratulations

Great footage. Especially the drag. Someday you'll be an old timer like me and need help in the drag. Congratulations. young buck.

Great buck but you need to invest in some speed loaders. I was sweating watching you try to reload that thing! :)
Fr big dawg! I was gonna say the same 😂
Thanks for watching! And I was pretty worked up. The deer expired almost instantly though so reloading was irrelevant

Northern WI is better for tracking deer. Any where else has too many hunters and u screw their hunts up by tracking
