Catas im not a huge fan, as im not sure the cost is worth the resource and conscription time for him, when his bloodline and adventurer can buff the guardians pretty well. But theyre definitely a good generic tank troop.
Think I summarised at the end. Strong choice for new players / early servers due to being T1. However coming into campaigns should seek to move on to the better Gimli / Dain as T1s ascension costs and diminished respect value make Dwalin hard to continue with. Lacks third damage skill to be the level of those two.
