This bike's pillion seat needs modification for sure. The angle at knee is problematic
I am riding Avenger since 2010 the comfort of pillion seat Is not up to the mark. Talking about rider seat it's quite comfortable.
The stock seat is good for riders who are not over 5 ft tall. For anyone over 5ft, its a pain in the ass. The rider will be literally sitting in a posture that would hurt his tail bone. Simple adjustment would be to increase the seat height to compensate the riders height and there by maintaining the right posture.
I agreed your points brother. I'M 5.9" hight I feel tha pain in my tailbone with stock seat.
Increase the seat hight will eliminate this issue brother?

I m using Avenger 160 for last 3 years, from past 6 months i m not able sit for long time. My bottom gives lot of pain. Same with pillion seat.
I have modified by normal foam added some cussion but still I m getting same pain no change.
I feel better to use latex foam for extra cussion on seat for both rider and pillion.
But people compain about back pain during ride is it true? Do you recommend any other suspension for this?
Pillion seat is worse.
At least width has to be increased by 1" each side if not more.
Best is to make pillion seat idependent & separate.

Yes you can... But being on shorter side, you need comparatively stronger legs to handle that much weight.

AVENGER par Long ride ke baad Tailbone bahot dard karata hai... 70-100 km ke baad aap ye Bike chala hi nahi sakte...

Seat of new street 160 bs6 is very hard you can fell pain and discomfort within 10 km and for pillion it's literally torture, don't even think to carry your love one for more than a kilometre.. I don't understand what kind of R&D is done for pillion seat..
I m 6.2... original seat is not at all comfortable for long ride... So seat must need to modify...

Pillion seat is definitely not comfortable at all. I own an Avenger and sitting as a pillion is very difficult which i myself wouldn't like. Your butt will start paining after sometime itself. The seat for the rider is excellent though

Recently I have done my 3rd service of avenger 220 and I have seen that the company is claiming to change Engine oil at 10000 kms is not genuine and I can feel when I was riding at 7000 kms so I have to complete the servicing before 10000 kms at 7700 kms due to problem.
Check when you are coming close to 10k kms might be you also feel in riding.
Change at3-3.5k kms
