This was one of my most anticipated coasters on my Midwest redo trip last year. But unfortunately, it was closed during my visit to Holiday World.

Legend is so great!! There were a couple of years where it was significantly rougher but Holiday World’s maintenance team is the best in the business. I honestly think enthusiasts who rate it poorly or middling rode during those bumpier years. When it goes like it was designed, it is an absolute romp. All 3 woodies at HW are top 25 woody status and rightfully challenge top 10 every year they are well maintained. Awesome ride.

legend and Ghostrider appear to be the two best lateral coasters! I have ridden Ghostrider but not legend. as far as lats go Ghostrider is number 1 for me right now, but I bet it will be shifted to the number 2 spot once I ride legend! (which is crazy because Ghostriders lats are so good, so if legends are better I cant imagine how powerful they are!)
