Hey, i was excited but also little confused at some parts, at 18:30 i understand Priority 0 for VLAN 4000 computed to 4000, but same Priority 0 for vlan 1 like u said should be computed to 1? Isn't a computed Priority 4001 = VLAN4001 with Priority 0? I think the computed Priority in BPDU is calcualted with 16 Bits => 1st 4 Bits for Priority (16 possible) and Bit 5to16 for VLAN-ID (2^12). at 29:00 in this case i think the result is the same, Port 23 at S3 gets the Root-Port. But the reason is because of the Port ID of Neighbor-Interface of S4 not the local one? So if u change Ports 23 and 24 at S3, Port 24 will be the Root-Port? But anyway, great Tutorials from you, thx a lot :-)
