    Ito yung tamang pag prepare ng kangkong--ibinababad muna sa water with salt and baking soda. Yung salt ang nag lilinis ng kangkong plus yung baking soda. At tama yung nilagyan ng konting cooking oil bago igisa. Ganyan din yung mga Chinese and Thai cooks. Tiyak masarap ito.

      Tama ka pro may pgkakaiba .hndi agad ginisa .nilagyan pa ng asi ,baking soda at oil then ginisa . Di mo ba nakita? Kc ang naksanayan pgluto ay igisa lng s bawang at iba pa

    I dnt think natanggal yong dumi s kangkong the way you washed it. Khit siguro isang kilo n asin ang ilagay mo kung tap tap lng ang paghugas. I doubt.. Sorey ha be realistic po

    Bakit laging may slury or all purpose flour or corn starch.
    Me pagnaghugas ng kangkong or any leafy vege hinuhugasan ko ang dahon paisa isa. Or nakababad sa tubig tapos sabuyan ko ng asin at one table spoon na vinegar.

      May process na ginawa nya bago ginisa ung kangkong at un ang sekreto para hindi mangitim after it's cooked.
      Kaya nya nasabi na, "hinde basta igisa." Chinese restaurant style un.
