You mean auto assessed for 2024? You still need to submit the outstanding return. Note that you may incur admin penalties for the outstanding return so better to attend to that ASAP.
Thanks for the message. It would depend on which line item the lump sum is showing on. However, note that the IRP5 is essentially a summary of your PAYE earning during the year of assessment.
What do i do if the IRP5 that shows on the SARS efilling website is from the previous employer and the new IRP 5 from the new employer doesnt show on the website? Changed jobs from July 2023
Thanks for the question. If you changed jobs in July 2023 then you will see the two IRP5s when you do the 2024 Year of Assessment return (29 Feb 2024). You will only see one IRP5 from the old employer on the 2023 Tax return (28 February 2023). Keep in mind the tax year for individuals runs from March to February in South Africa.

You will need to contact the 1st employer for the 2017 and 2018 IRP5s and you will also need to contact your 2nd employer for the 2018 and 2019 IRP5s Because the tax year of assessment runs from 01 March to 28 February each year you will have multiple IRP5s for 2018 based on the info you provided above.
