Konbini food definitely looks healthier than most restaurant or fast food places. Onigiri is amazing! My lunch staple at work is making deconstructed onigiri with soy sauce and some kind of protein. Wish I had the confidence and language skill to go to Japan alone.

Um the normal non desserty type breads don't taste any sweeter than anything g I'm use to. The melonpan one on the other hand is pretty sweet but it's suppose to be a snack.

is the bread sweet? in Thailand the bread is much more sweet compared to Australia's bread

pan is basically pain which is french, I'm french so it's one of the few words I know in japanese since it's a french one 😂
