I've heard this song before, and I liked the music but didn't pay much attention to the lyrics other than the frequently repeated, "I'm not in love." So i thought this song was about a guy who was friends with a girl and she was in love with him, but he wasn't in love with her, and that he was trying to get her to understand that fact. After carefully listening and reading the lyrics, I realize I was completely wrong and that his protestations are to hide fact that he really is in love, desperately in love, and it's the girl who doesn't love him back. Funny how you can get things so wrong if you don't listen attentively.

I was 25 in 75 and it was such a clever twist on the usual and 10cc brewed in a north country sound studio has followed me throughout the rich tapestry of life - quality delivered and respect given - by all for ever - this is what the word AWESOME was made for. Now it becomes a lullaby to an entire new generation- we live in paradise and need to see that!!
