Thanks for the shoutout, man! Much appreciated :) And it looks like there are a couple albums on your list here that I’ll need to check out! Great picks 🤘🏻
Quality work on your videos mate, I watch one about a band and feel like I understand them. I am " Metal Schooled!!! ", i am sure i am not the only TH-camr who talks like an expert about a band, after just checking out your vids😅 I can really see and appreciate all the time and effort you put into it.👨🎓🤘
I saw that " Extorted " first on your channel!. Roger🤘 Weirdly there is no buzz in New Zealand about the band that I have noticed. If They tour up to my neck of the woods I will catch them live. Really want that t-shirt with the " Cognitive Dissonance " artwork.👕 Thanks for watching Roger🤘🤘
Thanks Sean. Some of the questions were a bit tricky and required some brain-cells. I will check out your response video to see how you answered them!. And of course your class picks. Thanks for watching mate🤘
Great response Keith , excellent answers to the question Love the Bulletbelt shirt , great band , Nathan put me onto them 🤘 Cool stuff …I wanna see Riot too !!!!!! 😀 Nice one Mate
Its cool that Nathan sends out N.Z music around the world. I sent a copy of a " Bulletbelt " album to my friend Dan in Canada and he showed it on his Instagram page. The band commented on his post and were amazed the band was known in Canada. Music is universal. RIOT live would be incredible, but I would like to watch a headlining set. As they have so many good songs I don't want to be disappointed they missed some of my favourites. As a support act it would be too brief! Cheers for watching Marty🤘
I think if we are patient the re-issues we want will come. Even perhaps Priest " Jugulator " and the Corabi - Motley Crue. Death - Symbolic the list goes on my friend.😄
Some questions required a bit of creative thinking Tony. But its all about having fun with it. It gave me a chance to show off with some music I have not shown before in a video. Thanks for watching!.
Great response to the tag. There are so many I may just give up trying to catch up! Nice pick with Mordred, and didn't even think of them. Cheers Keith!
TH-cam is somewhat swamped with Tags at the moment, I have watched plenty as well. Much like your definitive " Best of 2024 " video, my answers to the Metal Tag 2025 are the best. You do not need to investigate further any other responses😅 Cheers Scott!.
I liked the Metal School show where they did " Riot " and " Witchfinder General " / " Angel Witch ". His videos must take months to put together. Always entertaining!. Thanks for watching Bev😄I see you have just posted a Tag response. I will watch it tonight.🤘
Fantastic album that Mordred. 1 of the first bands to bring funk into thrash. Kool that you have both Slippery When Wet versions. I would much prefer to own the original album art. I have the reissue of Mayhemic Destruction with the Sydney Opera house cover but the cover had been made a lot darker which is a shame. Cheers for the shout-out mate. Great tag😃🤘
Yes Nathan I thought the colours on those " Mortal Sin " re-issues looked wrong to me as well. I'm waiting for a New Zealand band to put out a Metal album with a cover as iconic as the aussie " Mayhemic " one. I look forward to hearing about your new overseas music adventures this year mate. And always happy to shout-out your channel, and anybody waving the flag for New Zealand music.🤘
Thanks Geoff, yes " Mortal Sin " are class. Thanks for stopping by mate, I'm glad I made you think of at least one band to investigate further. That is part of why I make videos which is to promote bands. The other is the money and fame😅ha!,ha!. Oh and subbed your channel, looks awesome🤘
Thanks Jacob. Definately give " Nestor " a Razzle, brilliant 80's inspired fun. As for female fronted I did enjoy " Cobra Spell - 666 ", do you know them?.
@@AttackFromDownunda I heard 4-5 songs after i saw your video. it's right in my vein.Know the name and heard few of their songs. Don't have anything with them.
Top stuff Keith! You'd do well to get any touring bands over your side of the world, hate to think how much it costs to tour that way. It's a pipe dream to visit with the mrs when the kids are grown up.
We are generally a stop - over for big bands on there way to Australia. I am sure its a costly exercise to play here, i guess your band has no plans to play here😄 I am breaking my neck to meet anybody from the TH-cam Metal community in real life. I have come close recently, if you ever are over my way pls let me know. It would be awesome!!!. I enjoy other channels V.C meet up videos. Cheers Liam.
I only heard Socialized Hate in full for the first time last year and it ended up being the thrash album I played the most last year. Sweet response Keith.
Hey Andy. The latest " Atrophy " is a good listen as well, I was surprised. As some releases by bands who have been out of the music game for many years can be hit or miss. Thanks for watching mate🤘
I watch videos to learn something mostly, and Metal School is one of the best at that. HIs videos are really well crafted but unfortunately he has been hit with copyright take-downs. Which must be gutting as he puts so much time and energy into his vids. Appreciate you checking out my Response video Kim🤘
Always loved that uncensored cover by Bon Jovi, but it's so hard to find it around here... Good call on those 90s photoshopped album covers, they aged badly indeed lol Need to get that second and last Dust album, too. I thought Tangerine Dream was prog! Many people talk about them, and I never got to listen to their music. Great response to the metal tag Keith. Cheers! guz69
I got that uncensored cover version of " Slippery When Wet " from a marketplace seller selling off their entire Bon Jovi collection. Must have been the Jewel in the collection!. 90's photoshopped covers ,date the band badly for sure. And bands tend to change their logo's as well during this period rather than keep a perfectly fine classic logo font. Tangerine Dream I have always considered German Electronic Instrumental, but i am probably wrong😅 Thanks for checking out my Tag Guz, yours was great!.
Practice What you Preach is coming out on the 24th not long to wait. Mordred Fools Game was a great album i played it constantly. In this Life i thought was even better.
I missed the re-release of " The New Order ", I could not get it in my area for a good price. But I will pay out this time I think for " Practice " as its a hard one to find (o.g.). I missed " Fools Game " back in the day but like albums from last year, I am catching up on them all!. Hope you are good Mike and Thanks for watching!🤘
I'm skeptical that it was a coincidence with that rip-off cover. And I hope they did not pay someone to design it, its possible to do something similar. But just the way the eyes are highlighted is too much the same as " Dark Room " for me to give them the benefit of a doubt. The book I used was one I got as a gift for Xmas 2023 called " Codex Metallum ". Which has 250 Metal Album covers and just talks about them.( Octopus Books ). I have seen it at " The Warehouse " a few times Steve.
Give the tag a go Frederick, most of the videos I have watched so far are grey metal-heads like myself. Dive into that massive collection mate, its just for fun. Happy New Year to you as well and keep blasting out those sounds!.

Good point about that Glass Animals cover. I wonder if it's just a coincidence. What was the name of the book you used to show the Dust album cover?
