Beautiful house with narra and all the different stone work. Interesting the narra came from Indonesia, perhaps it isillegal to transport narra board feet. Wish there was a movie theater room.

Jacuzzi is a brand name that makes spa (hot tubs). While a Spa in general is a hot tub. A sauna on the other hand is basically a steam hot and room. It is a beautiful modern house worthy of its price tag. However, there is barely a yard occupied by a small plunge pool. Are the house prices in Alabang set by the Owner and Real Estate Agent or by the Ayala Corporation to make their name tag exlusive?

That kitchen is highly disappointing for that price point. Why put a cheap standard fridge in a house that caliber? Everything needs to be custom. Also, the dipping pool has no privacy. Where’s the backyard? Buyers at this price point are not buying their first home.
Prices of homes in the rich area of Manila are extremely and overly expensive. My friend who is a realtor just sold a home in Beverly Hills, California for $2.5 million. House is gated with private entrance and big backyard with beautiful landscape, a swimming pool on top of the hill overlooking the city of LA

that marble would look better is its made out one slab- not 3 slabs-you can see the lines. kitchen counter is small. And by the way you can't call a bedroom without a built in closet not cabinets.
