Pickett Equipment Product Line

Pickett Equipment's specialized bean harvest equipment line. Includes the One Step Rod Cutter, One Step Ahead Rod Cutter, Windrowers, Universal Platform and Pickup Head, Double Master Plus Bean Combine, Twin Master Bean Combine, etc. The One Step is a ground engaging cutter that cuts the plant at the root, while lifting it free from the soil and placing the beans into a windrow. Our specialty bean combines are engineered specifically for beans only, equipped with central flow, low impact, threshing cylinders and a vacuum system instead of a blow for cleaner sample. There are no harmful augers on the combine that damage the beans. Maintenance on all equipment is low and relatively simple.

How do the undercutters stand up in rocky country?

There is an option with springs on the shanks that are designed for rocky conditions. One Step Rod Cutter with cushion shanks.

@@jonathanprice2459 Ok and do softball sized rocks get picked or do are the teeth designed to let them go by? Thanks for the info

​@@cormus1 No problem...With proper setup & height adjustment of pickup head "most" rocks should fall through the rubber fingers. Our combines are outfitted with a softer rubber on the pickup head that will further reduce the likeliness of rocks being picked. We also have a pickup header product with soft fingers for conventional combines. Contact us for any other questions.
