"Welcome To The Multiverse" = Here i'am back at it again with some classic MUGEN KOF fight and finally can use this.Had to made some experiment on this certain character with the new standing it didn't change much but still i have made some small editing or coding to the Omega Rugal and it kinda fits well for it so Leave a like and Subscribe to the Channel stay tuned for more fights.

I have to say this rugal is a really cool edit even though he's not a cheap character :0
I actually assumed that this character was made by Vergil kusanagi but, when I look at the description, I was wrong :0

At least now you know buddy also this was the best Omega Rugal I've seen in the past even though there was some removal in certain moves and somehow limits some of his Jump velocity there were ways of using him also he also has a Dodge Counter where he dodge standing then if you press it again he will counter with a Kick knocking them Airborne.
