Returned product on amazon 20 days back...no refuns as of yet...after multiple follow ups on chat and calls,amazon customer care keeps giving excuses......pathetic country with no consumer rights...Modi hai toh mumkin hai...

I had ordered a woofer for Rs. 4999 from Amazon. I have returned the original item but Amazon customer care people are saying that they have received the wrong item and hence cannot give a refund.
I have complained to NCH, a notice was also issued from there yesterday. I also have an audio recording of the delivery pickup agent in which he has clearly stated that he has picked up the original item from my address. Are there any chances of getting a refund?

Lesson learned use only credit card for online shopping.
Because there you can dispute with credit card company and money will put in hold.

Generally credit card par interest lagta hai, that total interest is given is upfront discount while buying that phone. Plz check that.. It becomes no cost EMI
