Sorry but the house plan makes no sense. 4 bedrooms with none of the bedrooms having attached bathroom? Is the plan for a family home or working mens hostel? Make it 3 bedroom with larger master bedroom with attached bath. One more bedroom should have an attached bathroom for elders in the family. Space opposite to kitchen should be dining area. The living room that you propose in your plan has zero ventilation, no scope of natural light unless you open up the cealing and plan a jharoka. The room on one side of the hall way at the entrance will be good as a living room. A spacious 3 bedroom house is better than a cramped 4 bedroom.
