Awake the messenger:
Shift+RMB (preferred) or D+LMB
CC the messenger:
Shift+RMB (preferred) or Shift+Q
→D+LMB→2(Hotkey)
Kill the group:
F→Shift+LMB (Shift+LMB→F is a little bit faster)
If you don't have enough damage:
2(Hotkey)→Shift+LMB→F
OR
F→Shift+LMB→LMB
OR
F→S+E→Shift+LMB→LMB
OR
Shift+LMB→D+RMB→F→S+E
(You need to change the addons also)
