for me, the bike scene represents how much one person can affect those around them no matter where they're at. Marcus, is loving and caring, shown by his affection for his mom. I imagine how long that man would've been trapped under the fencing had Marcus not been there and all the little actions that built up to Marcus being there, in that moment, thousands of miles away from his home

Knowing how you ladies feel about Marcus, I was super excited for y'all to see this episode. The cinematography and score were so well done in this episode.
This episode was great development for not only Marcus's craft but his character as well.
Morgan is correct, Will Poulter, the actor who plays Chef Luca, is a very good actor.
Sam's face when Luca said he didn't know who Michael Jordan is was hilarious 😂😅.

The moment with the man under fence is exactly what Morgan said, it was all about the hug and how much Marcus needed it after the time being there without the old crew around in this new place. As well as the chef that Luca mentions being better than is definitely carmy as he went around getting better and gaining skills to be a chef that would be acknowledged by his brother.

Ooooh! That makes sense it being Carmy, he has had such an impact on everyone around him! -Morgan

I also think of it as a parallel to how he couldn’t be there for his mom back in Chicago but he was there for this stranger in his time of need all the way across the Atlantic.

He definitely gave claire the wrong number on purpose. The number he gave her was one off, which we know because he also gave his number to the fridge guy.
Nobody mistakenly gets their phone number wrong by one.

Also, baking is absolutely harder than cooking. Cooking is an art, baking is a science.

I loved all the cinematography and editing. The show was really good at showing what’s going on in Chicago & Copenhagen.

I absolutely hate baking. I hate that you need exact measurements for the food to be what you want it, i prefer the gut feeling and tasting when cooking. @@ISavant

@@lzniR i'm kinda the same. it's much easier to make variations on a meal with cooking, because like you said, vibes. but I still bake just because I know how to make fucking delicious things.

9:53 it’s not “harder”, but it’s similar. Cooking just requires too much more stuff and manpower and attention to so many more things. I mean “cooking” at a high level CHEF level, in a big restaurant. That level to cooking is different

Lol, that chef Luca was talking about def had to be Carmy from the time he spent there.. I like how they just dropped that little hint.

In Balkan (Europe), at least once in life time you will have that kind of situation, and 90% of time its just a drunk person, that later just goes back on Bike, moped, Motorcycle and drives of home XD

Im super late but the bike scene was a reference to previous when carmy was in group he said hes always got the feeling of waiting for the other shoe to drop and that there always is another shoe, meaning something bads gonna happen, So during the scene you feel exactly how carmy feels all the time expecting something bad to happen

I mean, Carmy wanted to give Claire the right number but he panicked at the last minute. Because - as he said in the opening monologue - he's afraid to accept joy into his life. It's not a big mystery.

The first time I saw the crashed bike scene I just knew that guy was a scammer or Marcus was about to get robbed. That's just the American state of mind I'm always in I guess. 😂😁

😍Dani🥰Murda and I, took our girls to Broadway at the beach. We thought it was going to be corny. It was actually nice. We be trying to pick out stuff that’s fun and intimate. Soo and I grabbed a souvenir for her mom. She asked us to. She’s going to love it! Oh yeah, it’s this restaurant called Paula Deen’s, it’s fire gang. On King David.
