This is the best preserved bunker that I recall seeing on this channel. A truly amazing discovery.
There are lots more of them out there and we will share more :) Thanks Gene.
@@WW2HistoryHunter If you and Eagle Eyes has model kits of the Panzer III Medium Tank, Messerschmitt BF-110, German Cruiser Prinz Eugen and the German Battleship Tirpitz.
What a gem of a find and, fortunately, the difficult terrain has meant that the bunker has not been vandalised by those with no respect for history. Many thanks for your perseverance in such dreadful weather in finding this site and for showing it to us. Happy Easter to you and to Eagle Eyes!
Totally agree it’s so rare to see a structure without vandalism.👏👏🙏🙏
Yes and so very glad spray can idiots havent fund that gem. Thanks Sue.
Great to read my friend.
Trust me after the fall these locations were gone over very well by the allies. Anything of value and weapons were removed so people like us would get our hands on it. The military then either blew them up or filled in the enterance ways. Yet there is still a lot that were never found. Friend of mine was stationed in germany in the early 70s. 2 soldiers were walking across a field and fell in to an underground storage building. Had some german planes, medical equipment guns etc. Of course uncle sam comes in takes everything and blew it up. Sometimes I really really hate our government.
@@WW2HistoryHunter The spray can idiots,How about the idiots that supply the cans knowing full well it's not touch up paint for your vehicle but graffiti
That was an amazing find. It was great to see it without graffiti and lots of rubbish left in it.
The German planning of these defensive structures was stunning, you look at what they built and just have to acknowledge the talent.
That V in the stone, when the guy drew that V, he would never have dreamt it would be uncovered nearly 80 years later by you sharing it for the World to see.
I love how laid back EE is, the lad has knowledge beyond his years in this subject. Thank you for taking us to yet another stunning location and uncovering history as you do. 😊👏
So truen and thanks so much for being here.
@@WW2HistoryHunter
Never under estimate the HH. He will research and ultimately find that missing piece to share with us. Thank you again for your tenacity Sir and of course EE as you teach us about the fortifications along the Atlantic Wall... Super video again my friends. Be safe, be well and be careful.... Your Canadian follower and friend.
This is a true gem Ted and so glad we could share that with you :)
@@WW2HistoryHunter What you did could have been very dangerous. Many people are killed in confined spaces. You should have a monitor or air sensor that displays the oxygen level. Rusting metal scrubs oxygen from the air and you could have passed out and not realized the danger. Please get one if you intend to do this again and be careful.
Extraordinary!! it’s so surreal to think that yourself and eagle eyes are probably the very few people to go into this fortification since ww2 what a privilege.Thank you again 👏👏👏👏🙏🙏
IT seems to have been lost in time for sure my friend. Thanks.
Such a nice sight, seeing an untouched bunker. I hate seeing them with graffiti all over them. It definitely shows that all your research pays off when you take us to these remote installations in pretty much the middle of nowhere. That little bunker with the metal lid was amazing. The cable box inside looked as if it was installed yesterday, it was that well preserved. Thank you guys for taking us all on another brilliant adventure.
yes that is what we love , to research and find those very hard to locate areas of interest. Thanks john.
An outstanding Regelbau adventure with no graffiti to disturb the experience - excellent!
Very glad for that and thanks James.
What an adventure!! You two can tackle anything, nothing can stop you from exploring a location!! An amazing find!! It is so cool when you find one in such good shape! Why the hardened position for a machine gun? Crazy! Thanks for sharing!!
IT is a great little location that not too many know of. The ringstand ( MG ) was very typical for near defense of such a position and works incredible effective. Thank you for being here Donald.
EE lived up to his title with this video, amazing find buried so deep in the forest, with just the barest hint of a running trench. Part 2 sounds really interesting, cannot wait to see it. I hope you both dried out well afterwards, and had a good rest. Thank you for sharing this with us, stay safe and well my friend
Was some very wet and cold hours there but so worth it Barry. More to come and thanks.
Great explore HH and EE! The discovery of a fabulous underground gun bunker in virtually untouched condition with cables and bunker holders in place. The special trapdoor with cable connections in perfect condition was amazing to see. Just loved seeing WW2 history is this extra special way - thank you! Looking forward to Part II.
Totally agree Beverley and so rare to find such today. Thanks and be safe.
What a great find, when you and EE opened that cable box I was expecting it to be a coal box. What a surprise! Thank you and EE for your dedication in such miserable conditions. Can't wait for part 2 of this location.
We did find another one like that even higher up in the mountain side but it was covered by a huge tree so we couldnt take a peek inside. Thanks Allen and more to come :)
A stronghold, indeed! The bunker is so clean, that's incredible! Thank you so much, Team HH, for going through this treacherous terrain to bring us these surprises!💖
Yes we do it for you all Cynthia and thanks for being here :)
"Holy pancake!" Not heard that one before, made me laugh. Brilliant find.
There you go and thanks :)
As a WW2 History fan I would like to thank you for discovering these fantastic pieces of history and going out in terrible weather and it not detering you from bringing us this top quality content. Thank you!
we appreciate that and thanks for being here with us :)
Another great location brought to us by you and EE! I'm especially facinated by the structures hidden in the woods by time. The electrical junction structure with the metal door was particularly fascinating as you don't see that very often. Thanks to you both for your diligence and hard work!
Totally agree Alfred and this was a great find in the forest there. Greatly appreciate you being with us here :)
How amazing is that, to find a pristine bunker! EE really has a knack for the terrain and where a bunker or mg might be located. Well done, young man! Thank you for all of the hard work that you guys put in, especially in nasty weather. I can't wait for the next video. Stay safe out there!
Thanks so much Beth and greetings from us.
The only thing better would be to join y'all on in person on your journeys. Thank you for all y'all do. Stay safe and keep up the great work. 👍👍👍👍👍
Glad we can share with you Fred :) Thanks.
The really impressive thing is how clean and perfect that concrete mix is they used back then. Engineers that designed and built these bunkers are absolutely brilliant
They did build pretty amazing stuff during the days there. Thanks.
WOW what a bunker find. I can't even imagine having to fight against it
Impressive place it is and thanks.
Wow 🤩
What a special and amazing place!!!
Thank you so much for struggling up and down that rough terrain in the pouring rain, in order to share that awesome discovery.
Keep up the excellent work ❤️
Tough one that was. Thanks Casey :)
Hi from Syracuse NY USA brother and family Happy Easter everyone thank you for sharing your adventures in history
Hi Earl and very glad you are here with us :)
I enjoy your videos my friend
How on earth they brought that amount of materials to build this bunker in such an environment?
Thanks a lot for sharing your incredible expriance.
Good question and i guess they used horses etc to do it. Thanks for watching.
@@WW2HistoryHunter Your talking 80+ years ago when they were built, the land may been cleared and these most likely been built by prisoners, you look at the trees and there not that old there about the same age as when the bunkers was built 70 to 80 years ago.
Slave labour
Wow, just when I thought I have seen every type of bunker the Germans had built, the History Hunter brings a new one to see! This is truly an amazing bunker and the fact that it still has so many details and artifacts from the past that are undisturbed is utterly amazing! I really sincerely mean it when I say I can't wait to see part two! Keep up the great work and Happy Easter to you, Eagle Eyes and Bunker Buster Girl!!!
Fantastic place that is and more to come later :)
@@WW2HistoryHunter Is this in Danmark or Norway?
That is a very impressive find. Particularly liked the cable pit with the connections still inside. A very strong defensive position indeed. Thanks to the HH Team for posting the video!
Thanks 👍
What a fantastic find!!!! Your sidekick is very good at spotting artifacts and bunkers! Thanks for what you do!! Bill from Linglestown, Pennsylvania
Thanks 👍
Unbelievable! That was truly amazing and I was pleased to see it left in original condition! And the steel wall with the gun placement really neat to see! Thanks for showing us what it looked like
Great place Joe and an honor to share with you :)
That's the best condition WWII bunker I've seen yet. Great to have found your channel again after so long!
IT is a great explore and loved sharing with you :)
While I am unable to contribute at this time, I wish I could. That was an incredible find. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication. BTW, you’re getting much better about not freaking out over spiders! 😉
Thanks again and yes i am trying to get used to spiders :)
One of the best bunkers you have shown us. The part that wasn't painted grey is where the MG was mounted to the steel plate. That must have been dug with a huge excavator. Massive hole dug.
A fantastic place that is Joe and very glad we found that. Thanks.
Unbelievable to see one in such good condition.
Totally agree and very glad we could share it with you.
@@WW2HistoryHunter Yes indeed, thank you.
Wow that’s a lot of work put in to that Bunker! Thank You and Eagle Eyes for dealing with the rain to bring this great adventure.
Pretty cool but wet day :) Thanks Thomas :)
fascinated is these bunkers were built in short time
Agree and thanks for being here.
Wow , love all your video's. But this is another really great one . Cannot wait to see more of this location. So many original features still there . Incredible !
Glad you like them!
Awesome finds guys i enjoyed this video very much. its crazy how everything was not touched or vandalized thank you and eagle eyes for sharing this with us
Very glad to have shared that with you and more to come my friend :)
Great job to both of you. I thought you had found a water tank with that stream running away. But to find a Siemans junction in that condition, lid appears to be gone as normal, with the cable connections still intact is great. Have you ever taken and dug down around the cable marker to see if the cable is still there? Sweet another Regalbau to add to my collection, going to have to start 3D modeling them soon so I can 3D print them to scale. I presume the MG point was the standard ring mount as a support cover for the left flank. Surprised the locals
, 70 years ago, did not cut that armor plate up and take it out in chunks. Great to see so much intact in the bunker free of graphiti, agree with why they painted over the German writing. Well done my friend and EE. Can't wait for part 2. Stay safe and well.
Yes very often the cables are there today. Not long ago we found more then 2 km of cables in the ground at a radar location. More to come and be safe out there.
Another amazing find .And fascinating to see how well built. It is I'd love to have one of those panzer doors they are so cool .look forward to part 2 Well done you and eagle eyes
ME too but i think they look best being where they are :) Thanks Mark.
Thank you for your hard work both of you. this was a spectacular video. I am trying to catch up on all the videos I didn't see before I subscribed a few months ago
Thanks for watching!
Eagle Eyes is living up to his name! That place was way down there! Once again I'm amazed at the Germans ingenuity! Wow! I'm so glad it hasn't been vandalized like so many other places. This one was pristine! Thank you for taking me along once more. I love these little adventures. Take care and stay safe my friends. 💖💯
Without EE`s Eagle Eyes lots of this would have slipped me by :) Thanks Julie.
Very cool guys as always. You guys are the best at what you do. Thanks History Hunter and Eagle Eyes for your Awsome work!!!!!Can't wait to see Eagle Eyes surprise!!!!
Thanks again!
That's an incredible bunker! I really enjoyed discovering that bunker with you guys! Thanks for taking us along!
Thanks for that.
What a big surprise this bunker in the forest. Ordinary people wouldn't find it as accurately as you!!! I love this experience you give us History Hunter.
Thank you for your hard and dedicated work!
Wow Joseane you just made my fay and thanks for that :)
I seen you had a picture of a spitfire I'm an airframe and power plant mechanic so I work on a lot of airplanes right now a gentleman in my town but a spitfire that just came here in a crate so we've been piecing things back together restoring it basically from spinner the tail and everything in between and this spitfire was part of the Battle of Britain it's got a lot of history including four kills
How interesting and best of luck with that my friend. Thanks.
Another great video from your fans hear in Cornwall UK
Awesome! Thank you!
Great video! Thank you and you family for all the work you do!
Thank you too!
Good video very cool bunker find it looks untouched for a long tine. Thanks for bringing us along.
Yes Tom such great place that is and thanks.
Youre the Steve Irwin of history hunting for me. Love what you do. You give me the fix that I looked for that unsolved mysterious used to. You are amazing. Cheers and love from U.S.
Great to have your support my friend and greetings from us to you :)
I missed you and eagle eyes😢 for some reason I haven’t been getting notifications
I have no idea why
Keep up the great work👍🐄🐮
Welcome back and not good to see that the notifications doesnt work . Have you allowed them to notify you ? Thanks my friend.
@@WW2HistoryHunter that’s what I thought
I have the bell rung. And it hasn’t shown up for awhile 🤷♂️
I can’t even imagine what it took to build these back then. Even today that would be a difficult feat. I know they had some “help” to build them but still, so impressive. History is so important.
So true and thanks for watching.
Wow what a find can't belive how that bunker has been preserved,
A great find in awful conditions.
How I've missed watching these but I can catch up soon,
Keep up the brilliant work both
Thanks 👍
As always...endlessly fascinating. I could watch these discovery-videos for hours & hours...like looking back in time. The scale and magnitude of Germany's war-machine was unbelievable....just left to crumble to rubble. Eternal "thanks" for documenting all of this and risking injury, etc...and thank your son too🙏👍😁
Thank you so very much for the kind and inspirational words my friend.
Just an awesome explore guys! Very impressive find. 👍 I think the soldiers would have felt confident in that remote location with such a awesome bunker.
I guess they would yes and love to share that with you David. Thanks.
This is a double thumbs up discovery, waiting with anticipation for part two.
Wow how cool to read and thanks for that.
What a superb location! Many thanks for the hard work and research.
Thanks Penny :)
Thankyou HH +EE. Fantastic video.
Very glad for that Jimmie.
first video ive watched on the channel and im already hooked.... i see binge watching in my future
Welcome aboard!
The trip there was well worth it the details are great wiring , mechanical and that you compare it so great , glad it was not vandalized to much again thank you and your son .
Totally so and hope it will stay like that for a long time :) Thanks.
What an amazing bunker, and so untouched. Looks like hardly anyone has been there since they stripped out most of the internals after the war. Even the doors are still in place! Love it when you find them like that, without the graffiti and pure vandalism, that more accessible bunkers suffer. And wow, truly stunned by that little power connection "bunker" deep in the forest. Now that strikes me as a quite rare find. Great to see EE is still living up to his reputation, and never missing a thing. Great work both of you! Cheers to you all!
Such a interesting place Peter and so very glad we could share that with you : )
Absolutely fascinating!! Keep up the great work 👍
Thank you! Will do!
That was very interesting HH.Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it
Bunker looks like it could be still used . Amazing ✌✌👍
It is a true gem and thanks so much Robert.
it's definitely way better than the crappy ,,bunkers'' ukraine is using today against russian army :)
Wonderful work. Thanks for the history!
Thanks so much Steven.
Outstanding! Thanks for sharing. That gets you an instant sub.
Danke für alles.
Thanks for the sub!
That was really a great bunker it had a lot still in side ! Very clean looking it seemed to be in the middle of no where ! The gun pit was amazing so thick never seen one like it ! I’ve never seen a junction box still there in the middle of no where great ! HH you are the man thanks for the great research you did ! To find this place ! Thanks HH & EE !!! Be careful. Be safe! Made my day again!!👍🏻👍🏻
Yes Mark , we do tons of research to find the most unique places to share with you. Thanks for being here.
👍👍👍👍👍👍 Incredible is right. Thank you both for enduring the rain to.
Our pleasure!
That is awesome! Love the new techno intro- lots of time in Belgium?🙂❤️🙏🏻
Not at all and thanks for watching.
The wet weather made for an interesting exploration. It probably made it harder for features to be seen. So not all defensive positions were about protecting installations but defending major roadways. The bunker was in very good condition. Have you ever come across one with some of the equipment still in it?
Yes this was to be able to cover a stretch of road which led to a very important German WW2 investment. Some have leftover gear inside , specially the private owned ones. Thanks Anthony.
a truly outstanding bunker. great video. ty. happy easter to you and your family
Same to you!
I've just stumbled on to these videos. I must say "wow". Brilliant job, keep up the good work 🇬🇧 👍

What a war effort building all these massive structures. Unbelievable.

Yes indeed it was and thanks :)
You find the greatest stuff! EE has a great eye for landscape features.
Totally agree and i am honored that he i out there with us :)
On the beaches, you explain the forces of nature acting on the environment. That rear position looks like it could become a "bug-out" shelter in the woods.
This place could take it all and very glad we could share it. Thanks Paul.
Wow ...virtually intact and the walls still.pristine white.
What a find!
Totally agree and thanks for being here.
These bunkers get more and more spectacular. This one is so pristine, the paint and the iron work inside looks like it could have just been used yesterday. Amazing! Would it have been an MG42?
Glad you like them!

Thanks for the video HH and EE a perfect bunker not touched for many years we are very lucky that you found and managed the terrain for both of you too get inside. This is the best bunker uncovered yet!!😎🐓🐓🐓🐓🇬🇧🇺🇦
Thanks 👍
Nasty wet weather, but you still finished what you were out to do. I can see why you would've fallen on your butt a couple of times HH. Great find re the cable rock, underground gun/ammo bunker, and the cable conjunction thingy dingy indicating there were more points of interest to be discovered. That 620 model was huge, so well constructed and laid out . Great to see some original German writing on the wall and on the filter unit. Impressive set-up. A good thing you had your powerful Olight X7R Marauder. Definitely looking forward to P2 and to see what EE has planned for us. Stay safe you two.
This place is so great and almost like lost in time and i love that. Great details and will share more soon. Thanks Laura.
Boy, you are out exploring and discovering in all sorts of weather. Nothing seems to stop you. Always enjoy your drone shots at the beginning. What an impressive entrance to the Regelbau 620. So many stairs inside. That was a huge bunker and in excellent shape. Yes, it was great to see that no graffiti artists to do any of their handiwork inside. Looking forward to P2 and EE special discovery. Thank you HH and EE.
Thanks 👍
Incredible find.....look at the thickness of the metal wall....8 to 10 inches... amazing....
yes it is pretty cool stuff and thanks for being here.
That first steel cover who would make that looks too new to be original? Super dooper find for sure those spiders will get surprised!!!. Love the wood and no flooding either.
i really couldnt tell but so glad we found that :) Thanks David :)
What a wonderful find! A periscope! An answer for everything. Hidden all this time. Truly marvelous site!
