You are terrific Randy, truly terrific and magnificent. I'm a vegetarian but cannot stop watching you. You really make cooking look and sound great and I just love you and your presentations. Keep up the great stuff on your channel and many thanks for making us all so happy to watch you, your fur babies and your cooking, such fun! 😊
Thank you Randy, I can’t wait to first trial run this then make it for my dinner party. It’s like you know me, I love a cucumber salad, & am a big fan of cabbage. Many thanks, for your cooking tips & mostly your entertainment. ❤ Jacqueline Bawden
You are so brave! You would appreciate Molly Stevens' book on braising (it just needs more pics . . . what were they thinking?). I, too, have never attempted a brisket. No excuse now, especially since my new apt. has a normal-sized stove that actually works ... Dang, those are nice hot pads . . . said the bishop to the actress . . .
LOL, the dog in the garden bed!!!
Melted my heart.💗
Everything looks amazing. You make it look not so scary to try elegant dishes.
Long low and slow cooking is my jam, this was such a lovely video

Best episode ever. Love you and your channel.
We are planning to have a brisket for Christmas and this looks like a winner to me
Tried the brisket for Christmas dinner and it took 8 hours. Luckily it was worth it
@@lizlewis2580 so thrilled you tried it!! It;s great but MAN does it take some time!! Hope the rest of your holiday was great!! Thanks for watching!
I've always trusted Ina Garten''s brisket recipe, but here's the rub: I'm going to try this.
Why would you not salt, drain, and then add the rest of the ingredients?
Do love your show!
Cheers,

Because it gives more time for the other flavors to really get to the cukes!! Thanks for watching!!
I was afraid of cooking the Brisket for 8 hours, would dry it out. But yours doesn't seem to be too dry.
turkey is such a bore!!
XOXOXO !!!!!
