@@ScruffyLookinRGB Kind of makes me wish Nintendo, Sega, and all of the manufacturers would have put a warning on the packaging discouraging disposal of it because the box is the best way to store and protect the cartridge. I wonder if that's why the complete retro games with the packaging can cost just as much as PS5 games nowadays.
That was a sight to behold! Great video, man! I've been wanting The Firemen ever since I can remember. Always been so hard to find, even the PAL version.
hell yeah shout-out to Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius! I played a burn of the PSX original and was hooked ever since! although these days the playstation one is crazy expensive at least I can find the SFC one for a far more reasonable price! recently picked up a retron 2 and it plays everything just fine, no tabs no region locking (though there's a switch on the bottom for the EU stuff) so been collecting for that somewhat recently. tons of great games here for sure.
@@ScruffyLookinRGB oh I don't have any yet but I believe terranigma never got a US release but a european one? just happens my retron has a setting for PAL/EU games if I did have any. but yeah would love to own oshaberi on SFC someday! doesn't seem prohibitively expensive so one of these days...
I like cleaning fixing inspection refurbishing repairing restoring and sanitizing all old school retro videogames it's totally worth it for the super Nintendo entertainment system and nintendo super famicom
My interests were shortlisted to biometal complete in box at Y50000. Looked a bit rough on the edges though. Didn't see spriggan or ghost sweeper, doremi only loose. Thing is sfc is so varied and diverse I only know what I know. I've got so much shortlisted for my trip I need about 8000 dollars.
@@ScruffyLookinRGB My ambition to buy videogames far exceeds my space in which to put it all in. I said to the wife yesterday that if we win the lottery we need to stay in Japan for 3 months at a time. I watch about 3 retro hunting videos a day to get my fix. So thank you for being a contributor to that, it takes me away from the daily rigours of life.
Ninja Sasuke is one i like to have complete in box . But i think its the most expensive SFC game lol . Even loose the price is nuts . I would like to have Melfand Stories as well .
The sealed games are surely not original seal; they're re-sealed, right? I absolutely love Japanese video game box art, and I'd love to travel to this store and get some of these.

It amazes me still how in Japan games are in better condition and priced so much more reasonable than here in the US.
Cultural differences are interesting for sure. Box are is also a point of curiosity 👍👍👍

The Japanese are nowhere as obsessed with retro gaming as we are and that's a big factor in the lower prices of most of their games.

Thanks man im glad you enjoyed it. When you return you must find it. 😉☝️
I love how games are displayed in Japanese game stores. Never seen anything like in this in the states!
Looks like you weren't raised during the Toys R Us days then

Yes I don't think sfc games were ever actually sealed back in the day.
I'm happy to have some of those already, but upset I haven't picked more while I could :(
If only we could have it all😲 You did what you could there is always another day
Lots of good stuff in the display case as always, but as usual, but pricey as usual.
That is the truth ruth!☝️
The super famicom is a great system
You bet it is😉
Zool is over 10.000¥ loose? wow! How comes this game is so expensive in Japan 🤔
Cause I bought it last year for 12€, which is like 1.700¥
Im guessing the cart is rare in japan. Super return of the jedi is also a spendy one here in japan. While the north American ver is quite cheap
you can never go wrong by buying gundams
So true. May the force be with you young zaku
@@ScruffyLookinRGB i prefer a pizza but well thank for the force
Those loose games are so cheap!!!!!!!
Yes let's hope it stays that way 😉
Is Gon on the super famicom a rare game? I never see it on any game hunting episodes.
