This movie breaks my heart to the core...that feeling when they walk away it makes you feel like you’re the only one left on earth...the loneliness
The ending was perfect
She left her husband because to some extent she knew that her husband is an adult he can handle himself and his child has different type of mental illness .
But for him it is much more difficult as his wife was totally dependent on him and his daughter was in depression .
Both sacrificed but in my opinion man has sacrificed more being in a unsuccessful relationship is more painful .
Ending was shown in very poetic manner
She was there in taxi he wanted to go to her but his responsibilities forced him to move on 💔
Responsibilities should always be prioritized over love .
Nothing justifies leaving her marriage / family... She was just selfish and put her needs before her husbands and her son... If she had really cared about her special needs sons , she would not have abandoned him... the women don't have character and not fit for a mother...
In the beginning he is the one searching for her, she is trying to keep herself away but she knows she can't. In the end she ended her marriage and is alone now
But he is the one who stayed for his responsibilities
Both gave up something,for her its the loveless marriage
For him it HER.

This film is not about just lust. These two are falling in love with each other and cherish every moment as if it were a gift from heaven above. He adores her and is very emotional whenever he is with her. That is what makes the ending so sad. To find a love so rare, but circumstances prevent them from being together permanently. My personal opinion is that neither have real love with their spouses and should end their marriages. People should not have to give up the best thing they have ever found with another person emotionally and sexually for social rightness. They could still see their children. It would not be ideal, but how is staying in a false marriage nourishing to anyone? Children do not need unhappy parents. Perhaps I am wrong, and the love is not strong enough to change their commitments, but the film is not directed that way.
From my understanding, she got divorced from her husband. But he continued to be with his wife. In these kinds of situations, the woman is the one who pays the costly price.
When children's especially young one are involved parents should put the kids interest first not their feelings before the kids interest...... that women left a small boy with down syndrome and went to live with her lover...
Whatever they sacrificed ,,they did it for their's respective kids.... This movie touched me as I believe in sacrifice in true love...
If you miss a train and you jump anyway hoping that you can catch it anyway , you got your bones broken !! Better to take another one and travel safely ! .... in mariage we believe in being faithful ! This film just romanticize an affair, where the lover is hot, loving and caring angel and we got to see these perfect sex scene !! All is simple manipulation !! ... love your husband , love your kids and don’t be fooled in any “dangerous” relationship seeking Adrenalin shots , it’s really worthless !!
You are talking bullshit , which love is more biger that for your kids who u give life or some married man.. If they from the start didnt have affair they wouldnt be liking orapparently from ur point of view loving each other .
This movie for sure is made by cheater who wanted to romantise the affair.
In the end of the day an affair its just affair, they both cheated being married with someone else and not cheated just in their spouse but in their family.
No one forced them to get married , werent they in love when they get married. Pff

They meet by chance, and in each other, they find a rare and genuine connection-something they can’t find in their own lives.
Sang-min and Ki-hong aren’t villains. They’re human. Their affair isn’t about betrayal; it’s about trying to fill the emotional voids in their lives. Ki-hong’s instinct to go after Sang-min when she went to Finland shows that he loved her deeply. But in the end, he chose to stay for his daughter, who needed him more. And Sang-min, despite the possibility of starting a new chapter, ultimately left without disrupting his life, sacrificing her own happiness.
This movie isn’t about infidelity; it’s about loneliness, longing, and the impossibility of finding both love and peace without sacrifice. It’s heartbreaking that people can watch something so layered and immediately reduce it to a judgment of “cheating.” They completely miss the point. These characters are complicated and flawed, just like real people. Passing shallow judgment on them only shows how little effort some people put into understanding others. This is why I find those kinds of comments so frustrating-they completely lack empathy for the story being told.
I am sorry but I watched the movie and there is nothing in it to glorify. Cheating should never be excused. I saw this relationship more on the physical side more of the physical needs of the characters.

I think it's a perfect ending, because their is not much issues with couple but kids need their parents, some time duties are most important
Sometimes people marry and have kids with the wrong person. It happened to me and it's not always black and white. Children would prefer their parents be happy. Imagine being resentful that you have to stay in your marriage. How would that person act? How would they take it out on their spouse and kids? How would the kid feel as an adult knowing their parents weren't in love and unhappy for years?

I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE TO MY FRIENDS WHO ARE HOOKED WITH KOREAN MOVIES OR DRAMAS. ITS ONE OF THE BEST LOVE STORY SO FAR AND THE ACTING OF BOTH HEROINES ARE SUPERB. I CANNOT COMPLIN. THE SEXUAL PART OF I WAS TREATED WITH GOOD TASTE AND ARTISTICALY. IT DRAGGED A LITTLE IN THE MIDDLE BUT THE ENDING WAS A TEAR JERKER. I REALLY CRIED AS IF I WAS THE WOMAN AND I CAN RELAY TO HER LONELY MARRIAGE. BUT GIGINV UP HER SON WAS SO COURAGEOUS.
What is COURAGEOUS in giving up her son... you just need to be selfish... she is not worth being a mother.... Mother means sacrifice...

ngl this movie is about two selfish people. the woman's husband is not a bad man and the guys wife is going through a very difficult time. I couldn't feel bad for either of them at the end. Like how low of a person do you have to be to cheat on your wife who is struggling with alcoholism and suicidal thoughts.

@@meghacchonno I understood the movie very well but i couldnt sympathize with the main leads at all. Their actions made them very unlikable to me so in the end I could not feel bad for their situation. They are selfish to me. Female lead was just bored, stressed, and not in love with her husband anymore. Instead of communicating that she cheated. Male lead cheats on his wife who is struggling mentally because he's stressed from caring for her. And in the end female lead sacrifices her happiness with him to avoid breaking up his family and male lead does the same to avoid hurting his daughter. It was supposed to make me feel bad for them but personally I couldn't feel an ounce of sadness. If I didn't have anything against cheating on your partner then maybe the movie would've hit differently.

I have searched everywhere for someone to call this what it is. It is a lovely movie but a glorified infidelity. Both were married, they did not take a moment to think of their spouse. That is disgraceful and the fact that no one is talking about this sucks. So if your marriage is not working well you are free to sleep around....... that is love yeah?

A real incident recently happened near my place as well...
Husband wife both are working professional with autistic child...their married life was loveless...the husband started drinking more stayed away from home...
Wife was alone taking care of the child household and job...latter she committed suiside...
Everyone was asking way did she do that? How can she do that without thinking about her child...
It's heartbreaking for any parent to see their children in that state everyday...
Husband and wife should support each other to go through the imotional damage and toughness of life they are facing due to their special needs child
