- Marrakech / Marrakesh is one of the largest cities in Morocco. When you think of Moroccan deserts, the Sahara desert probably pops to mind but did you know there's another desert that's only about an hour from Marrakech? It's close enough to drive out to enjoy a dinner and return back later the very same night.

I know that there's food involved in this episode, so from saving me from drooling, I ate roasted duck while watching this episode. I love watching sunset at the desert and sitting by the campfire. That's living ❤
Hahahaha ooo wow you're making me hungry! Roast duck is one of my favorites. It was a lovely day out and you're right the sunset was just icing on the cake 🎂 🌅
@PeterandYen I bet roasted duck is a rare food when you're travelling. I was craving for it badly when I'm in NZ, and I can only get it if I'm in Auckland, but I'm not sure about Christchurch 🤣. I am looking forward to your next ep, thank you for enlightening my Sunday ❤️

I was there in March! No lines and not too many people at the gardens. Did not know how YSL saved the gardens, saw his little section in the garden. Awesome, I went to the Bahia Palace right afterwards also!

The keeping of the Majorelle Garden must require a lot of TLC, really well kept, hardly any dried leafs on the ground.
You both left the Best for the last 🤩, Agafay Desert Experience, the setting was the Main course with the chilly evening breeze with like minded diners, bliss 😀

😁 Yen and I do enjoy a nice garden, so peaceful and serene. You're right it was immaculate 🤔 everything was perfect. Thinking back many of the gardens we visited during our time in Morocco were equally well kept. Must be a lot of work keeping all those Palm 🌴 trees in shape.

Such a fascinating place! I just echo some other comments! Wow love those gardens and the succulents there! Yeah wonderful colours too and so glad you got in! Wow that food looks stunning there! How good was that food and how good was that short line!! Wow what a drive to that desert and heck a breakdown too! Well done for helping out pushing the van! Yeah the overcast conditions I'm sure it was cold up there and YES that water in the pool would have been very cold! Yeah definitely a unique experience!

The weather in phuket has been really good. Rains a bit but keeps the area nice and cool and it hasn't been constant so we can still go out 👍

Absolutely beautiful! May I please ask what time of year you went and what the temperatures were like? We are planning to go in June next year with a toddler and a 4 month old baby; and unsure if it might be too hot for the little ones😅
Hello we went during June and the temperature was quite pleasant during most of our trip around mid 20 degrees. Some days were particularly hot around 30 but it wasn't too bad.
