yes you can when you get here. but you must come in with may be masters in psychology first because the embassy will check that your Bsc is alligned to the masters degree course so when you get to italy you will start looking for job in data analyst and i can tell you DATA ANALYST JOB IS THE HOTTEST JOB IN EUROPE NOW. @@Jtizlekaka
There's a puzzle to solve here, if one gets scholarship to study for €136 for economic reasons, providing €6000 - €7000 to support yourself in Italy could be questionable

Depends on the scholarship type. University scholarships require applications while some others don’t but it’s for your own good to apply first as you can win a scholarship but not get admitted to a university since you didn’t respect their application timelines
Am confused about the need for POF. If for instance, i am giving a scholarship or exploring the ISEEUP Ann mentioned, how are my expected to get the POF pls or is POF applicable to certain conditions?
What worries me about Italy (and Spain if I may add) is the racism. I always advise Africans to got to black-people friendly countries. Italy is among the most racist EU countries.

My sons looked at requirements to study in Italian universities for first degrees and one requirement is prior proficiency in the Italian universities. Are they any universities who don't require this?
