I have autism, and I get so alarmed when I’m listening to music to sleep to on TH-cam and then at like 2 am I hear a loud ad. It wakes me up and once I wake up I find it extremely difficult to fall back asleep. But now I play your videos when i sleep and it works like a charm. I love it so much. Thank you for making these! You make my day and my sleep better! ❤
I was frazzled with my cat (through the bedroom door) screeching and clawing at the door because he wanted attention. My therapist suggested white noise. Why not soft instrumental music I thought. Last night I got an almost normal sleep. Over the next week I think my sleep will continue to improve. Thank for this gift of soothing music.
Our attention seeking cat loves this music and when we put it on she knows it's time to sleep and snuggles into her bed. She sleeps through the night & wakes up settled & happy.

I'm happy this has worked for so many people reach their goal of relaxation and calm... Unfortunately I am not one of those people. Like every single other "relaxing music, sleep music, stress relief music, deep sleeping music" video on YT, it's nothing but 5 or so chords played in the same sequence for 2-3 minutes, then that 2-3 minute sequence is looped for 3-8 hours. For my brain, the repetition is anything BUT peaceful or relaxing.
