Trevor, would love to get a look around the MT office alongside the MT sheds . Square brick buildings at the start -ish are Pyro stores, two compartments holding pyrotechnics such as flares. The long Nissen huts (mistakenly described as WAAF accommodation) are actually Fusing huts. That small dispersal shelter with the triangular apex are few and far between but are around at other locations.

It's a very small world we live in Robert as I lived in the cottage at the side of the church at Weston from 1991-1996.

The buildings have a special coating called MAYCRETE
M1,A1 was built years before, it was going during the 20s.
Looks like the bricks are called calsil bricks and as you say well built .
Was quite an experience exploring around that airfield and woods, amazing what there is to find.
