    This shade of purple is very visable! The green also, you choose colors well. I did a similar stitch on an Aran afgan years back. I think it used chains instead of trebles. Wish I could find that pattern book again.

    I want to make this diamond stitch for making a round shape bag. Any guidance for that? Will be really thankful!

      the single and double crochet rows are reversible but the front post side is not so make sure it's on the outside. To have it in the round, slip the end row stitch to the top of the row's beginning stitch.it's exactly the same as working it flat otherwise. To make the bottom, you can use magic circle or crochet a shape you like then slip stitch or single crochet the bottom to the top. If you don't mind rounded corners, you can work it all as one piece.
