I like the videos you do, but i see a few things i think might help you out. Durring a take down of any kind, the last thing you want is for them to get into a vehicle. For instance, durring the beginning when you watched the subject exit his vehicle and walk twords the house, you and and second unit should have roled up and blocked the car from front and back. This prevents a vehicle chase that puts the general public in danger aswell as makes for an easier aprehention. When dealing with gang aprehention, always assume its going to turn into a shootout.

Im not sure if you did this intentionally but you used an actual law enforcement tactic during the shoot out. When you ran over to the pillars for a better position while the other officer stayed at the stairs, we call it the "tactical L". While this term is mainly used in building entries such as serving a warrant, going from A to B from the officer at the stairs to where you were shooting makes an L preventing friendly fire/crossfire.
