Ragleth Hill - Shropshire Hill Walks 36/130 Highest Shropshire Hills AONB

Ragleth Hill (398m) commands fantastic views of the Long Mynd to the West (in particular Callow and Grindle). In fact there are spectacular views in all directions. There is an easy route-up from the north end, and a steeper (more dramatic) route from the south that takes you up a heavily eroded path that is guaranteed to get you 'out of breath'. The southern peak is dramatic, capped with a flagpole, but the true summit is at the top of the next big rise, however, it isn't marked in any way.

Ragleth is nice... a little bit quieter than many of the other Stretton hills. I love the approach from the steep southern end. A bit of a shame the actual high point isn't marked in any way. A little cairn would be good.
