Got a question, I'm trying to get the merchant mariner credential application working and the part that I need help about it the drug test. I figured out how to turn printed applications back into PDF files but how does the drug test work? Will the tester give the paper back to me so I can send it in as PDF? And what about the results, how do I get that along with the application if the results come in days later? Why is that area called shooters Island? 😨 Another question 😂 I'm sorry about the too many questions loool. I'm wondering why all boats and ships are called she when some names are male? That part confuses me 😅🤔
