Love the direction the studio channel is going in. Allowing the team to stretch their creative muscles and create videos in their own style/storytelling and highlighting their vision's
I speak wayy too fast 😬 Hope everyone enjoys! I edited and shot this all myself so if there's any editing mistakes it's all on me! Ellis is the mastermind behind the great music/SFX though!
I loved this entire video. A different direction from the rest of the channels but still within the realm of what's expected. Well balanced and love the excitement with which it was delivered, kept me hooked.
What a breathe of fresh air finally seeing you cover Garmin products! I would greatly appreciate some Garmin content on the main channel as well, notably comparisons with Apple / Samsung, like you mentioned here, would be extremely interesting.
I have also rented from Lens Rentals for a long trip to Alaska and visiting numerous national parks. The first lens I received actually had a crack in it when it arrived and they overnighted me another one because I was leaving the day after. And I honestly cannot recommend Alaska enough. It is one of my favorite places I've ever been to, and I thought nothing could top Glacier National Park. Highly recommend it if you've never been, Andrew! It is bear heaven, especially Katmai National Park.
This is my favorite studio video so far. The behind the scenes type stuff is great, but seeing people review products from their own interests brings out the same enthusiasm that Marques brings to his own reviews.
Excellent video with lots of great information. Also, big kudos to Claire for putting up with you, and congratulations to both of you; that's exciting news!
Thanks to Andrew's wife for doing all that stuff while being 20w pregnant. Indeed she's an absolute champion and really loves you. Give her a warm hug and something dellicious pls.
Lens Rentals is amazing! They’re based super close to me so they’ve made countless shoots 100x better than they would have been, and everything ships so quick. Their customer support is the best
Been waiting for this video! Thanks Andrew for breaking down everything and sharing your experience/photos. BIG thanks to your wife, Clare for being an absolute trooper while pregnant, hiking and capturing everything.
As a person who loves to hike too I love this video. I love the footage you shot, amazing pictures. Easily approachable video. More Andrew Hiking videos!
Amen to Lens Rentals. I run my own production company but am still working my way up to owning all the lenses we need and I kid you not they almost every time get me my orders 3 days early and always are understanding with rescheduling
Clare you're an absolute champ, thank you for helping make this video possible. I love hiking here in South Africa so seeing videos like this are always great!
Really great pictures!!! Thanks for the information and thanks Claire for putting up with hussy and helping him to make this video. And congrats on the new addition to the family your family.
This video made me so happy!! Been waiting ages for some quality outdoor tech videos from the team! Use to work as a Safari Guide in my past life. Swarovski binos are insanely good! When you see the price tag compared to others, you do get heart palpitations… but, they are so worth it! Thank you Claire!! We want more
Thank you Clare & gradz to both of you for the baby!! awesome video & I'm really liking the content you guys are putting in the Studio channel! also one more thing! amazing pictures Andrew, the goat one was epic!
Great video Andrew, and thanks to Clare for helping to make it possible! Really love the content you guys are putting up on The Studio channel, please keep it coming!
Well done Clare, she now deserves to be waited on hand and foot until at least your child is in college! I would have recommended to hire the tripod, most cameras have good internal stabilisation so you can hand hold, would only use a tripod for long exposures of moving water. If you move up to the higher res Sony A7R5 you can crop in camera and still get a good image, so 100-400 with 1.4x converter should be enough. You loose 2 stops of light with the 2x. And if you go out just to shoot wildlife consider hiring the 200-600 or even buying new/second hand. It’s a very good lens for the money 😊
Big thanks to Clare 👏👏👏
Big up 👏👏
❤ thank you Clare!
“Bingooo! let’s goooo!”
8:00 could have said the GOAT photo
Thank you Clare
Love the direction the studio channel is going in. Allowing the team to stretch their creative muscles and create videos in their own style/storytelling and highlighting their vision's

We love this channel! The battery life on the Garmin Epix Gen 2 is unbeatable right now!
Must have for me is the camera clip on the strap. Makes hiking with camera so much easier and helps never miss a shot
Epix 2 FTW! so glad to see the channel talk about something other than an Apple watch. Garmin SLAPS when it comes to fitness
Congratulations to Clare and Andrew on the baby 🎉

Ok wait, so Andrew plays Valorant and goes hiking ?, this makes him the first Valorant player to touch grass. Congrats
lmao I was about to say. He's the only Valo player I know of that also does that much outdoor activity

Living in southeast Alaska and being a tech nerd, this is exactly the type of content I want to see!
