If you go out for drinks on weekends regularly, then you can definitely can afford a $100 bottle of 100ml. It is worth every drop.

2:35 it is very funny how the captioning messes up so badly, "e...e questa e' l'armonia del produto." and "this is my acetaia became, "THE BEST ELEVEN ONLY ARE THEY,BROTHER THIS IS MY ATTIRE." Then " Ah nice acetaia, not just a family acetaia" became, "I SUCH A TIRE, NOT JUST A FAMILY ARCH ATTIRE.... This was so funny, I love TH-cam's CC never fails to make me laugh!

If I have a bottle of balsamic vinegar, doesn it get better over time? I bought it in 2008 and it is 12 years old, so it is currently 26 years old. I've been storing it in my cupboard upside down to keep the cork wet. Do I have a gem that will only go up in value year after year?

      Ok,
I did buy this vinegar in Italy. IMO, I would not call it a penny vinegar as it was considered one of their better selections in the shop. It is in a cool area tipped like wine, sealed in wax and cork. How would you "properly" store it? I am ignorant of the subject.

Food safety level 0. The guy uses his mouth to suck vinegar out and put the rest back to barrel。。。。。。。Gross!

Why would that not be food safe? He’s not blowing into it? What’s you’re reasoning?

I noticed also, plus I didnt like the way they were handling the pump tubing with bare hands, then placing it back in each barrel.
