I feel like it’s a two way street with viewer and creator…. On one hand you are a viewer watching someone who some will believe what they see on a 15 minute video sums up who you are as a person in your entirety…. Then you have the creator who gives what they choose to give in that 15 minutes to their viewers and they have to be extra careful to not be offensive, too dramatic not dramatic enough while still entertaining but not too over the top while also keeping up apperances, using the correct words, dotting their I's, crossing their T’s and not having spinach in their teeth or they will be roasted to filth… Oh and let’s not forget the opinionated, you know those that give opinions but they are the only ones who find value in them (even me)…. All in all 99.2 percent of your audience love you all for being you because that’s the content you started off with, the others are all assholes because just like opinions we all have one, some of us like to show them. *shrugs* Keep being real, and evolving!!!! MUAHHHHH

I ran track and cross country all HS. There is no “best” running shoe because there are different types of feet. What you have to do is go to a running shoe store and ask someone there what shoe is best for you based on the way you run walk and they way your foot is.
Going into a running shoes shop and getting help from someone who works there is so much better than ordering online cause they can see what type of shoe you need

I definitely recommend going to a running store and have you foot measured size, width, the way you walk, run, and where you land on your foot the most. Once they Measure that then you ask what shoe the recommend for you, The Air Nike alphanext is a really good shoe two for long distance but there really rare and there going for a lot of money right now. Don’t forget to switch your shoes out every 500 to 600 miles and get some running socks that are for long distance running. Thanks!

I’m a varsity runner. You should use one pair for about 300-500 miles. I use saucony iso 2. My dad uses the triumphs for more cushion. I used hokas once but they are for high arch feet. I had the same blister and sent them back. I get shoes off of road runner btw.
