When you lose your side tower and your core/barracks loses 20% of health, is it 20% of remaining health, or 20% of total health? In other words, can you just capture the side tower 5 times (20%X5=100%) or is it 20% of remaining core/barracks health and you still have to hit the main tower for extra damage?
